I’ve been a 3D Studio MAX user for over 5 years. It’s what I’ve always used. Once you’ve used a piece of software for so long, it seems difficult, sometimes impossible, to convert. ResolveRT’s deconvolution provides powerful algorithms for improving the quality of microscopic images recorded by 3D widefield and confocal microscopes. Two different methods are supported, namely a so-called non-blind and a blind deconvolution method, both based on iterative maximum- likelihood image restoration.
