  • 1992-95 VW Corrado VR6 Front Big Brake Upgrade Installation Instructions
  • Most 17” wheels will clear the outer diameter of the caliper. Wheel weights mounted on the inside of the wheel may need to be repositioned. The more critical clearance is the spokes of the wheel to the outer face of the caliper. Do not assume an 18, 19 or even 20 inch wheel will clear the outer face of the caliper. A minimum distance of 60.81mm, measured from the outer rotor face to the inside face of the wheel spokes. This is the net metal-to-metal measurement. We recommend at least 2mm additional clearance to clear the ST-40 caliper on our big brake kits. Please refer to the Wheel Fitment section of our website to confirm any wheel fitment issues. Final fitment of the wheel to the caliper is the responsibility of the customer. Wheel Spacers Wheel spacers can provide extra clearance to the outer face of the caliper. This will also space out the entire wheel, widening the track width of the vehicle. Basic suspension settings will generally not be adversely affected by a slight widening (up to 3mm per side) of the track. Fender clearances should be checked on lowered cars, and longer lug studs or wheel bolts may be required. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure wheel spacers are properly specified and installed. Brake Vibration The most common causes of brake vibration are run-out and thickness variations on the rotor. Double disc grinding insures the rotor run-out is within +/- 0.002” when installed on our aluminum hat. Thickness variation is
  • How to Use StreamSpin for Creating Your Own Services
  • The center for Data-intensive Systems (Daisy) at Aalborg University is currently working on a large project in which they combine the two worlds of Web 2.0 and Location-based services. The project known as the StreamSpin-project currently employs numerous developers. Furthermore it is planned that students will have the opportunity to develop their own services for the system during the coming semesters in order to mature the system and its service deliveries. It is the overall purpose of the StreamSpin project to be for Location-based services what YouTube is for video . Thereby, the vision is that virtually anybody should be able to create their own services and publish them to the masses or limit the publication to close friends. The motivation behind the project is the vision that the web now is becoming more and more mobile. Hence the need for Location-based services will grow massively in the near future. People using mobile phones with GPS or other positioning systems will have the possibility of knowing their position at a given time. This opens up for numerous advantageous scenarios in which a user of a mobile phone could retrieve information based on position, time and a customizable pro le. Systems that displays this behavior already exist, however the StreamSpin-project proposes that services are pushed to the mobile device rather than requested by the mobile device itself. The aim of this short paper is to cover the most important issues involving the creation of services for the StreamSpin-project. This includes understanding the StreamSpin server structure and
  • SAP Tutorial Book: Terminology and Glossary in SAP term (BC-DOC-TER)
  • Definition Index entries are maintained by documentation developers in the Knowledge Warehouse [Ext.] (KW) in order to help users find information more easily by means of an index. Use Index entries created from the Knowledge Warehouse are now stored in SAPterm and can be changed there as well. Index entries can only be created in info object maintenance in the Knowledge Warehouse. For more information, see Creating Index Entries in the Terminology Database [Ext.]. You can, however, change index entries in SAPterm by selecting an index entry from the results list [Page 13] and choosing Maintain entry. The maintenance screen for index entries is different than the maintenance screen for term entries and supports selected activities only, such as definition of valid and invalid synonyms. Other maintenance functions, such as creating glossary entries, are not possible for an index entry. Structure The index entry format in the results list differs from that of terminology entries. “company code, create” highlighted in gray is an index entry consisting of a main entry (company code) and a subentry (create) and will appear in the KW index search tool as follows: company code create Index subentries is a new category of additional information which can be selected or deselected under Further entries in the user settings [Page 8] for display Download SAP Tutorial Book: Terminology and Glossary in SAP term (BC-DOC-TER)
  • How-to install ZendPlatform 2.2.1 on an existing XAMPP installation (Windows)

  • Programming in Ruby Tutorial
  • In Ruby, super is not a reference to a parent class; instread it is an executable statemtn that reinvokes the current method, skipping any definition in the class of the current object. Attributes, Instance Variables, and Bertrand Meyer The initialize method in class Song contains the line @title = title Names that start with single “at” signs @ are instance variables - variables that are specific to a particular instance or object of a class. In our case, each Song object has its own title, so it makes sense to have that title be an instance variable. Download Programming in Ruby

  • Fiat Bravo/a & Marea Replacing your Windscreen Washer Jets to the 'Mist' Type
  • This guide will show you how to fit ‘Citroën/Peugeot Windscreen Washer Mist Jets’ into your Fiat Bravo. Please read this guide through at least once before fitting. Your first step is to purchase the ‘Citroën/Peugeot Mist Washer Jets’ from the dealership. Part number 6438.V8. They come as a pair for approximately £6. Step2. Fiat Windscreen Washer Jet Removal Open the bonnet and remove the following plastic studs to gain access to the underside of the washer jets. I have circled the main ones; you can remove more if required. Step3. Remove existing Windscreen Washer Jets Carefully remove the washer pipe tubing from the washer jet nozzle. Then with pliers press both sides of the washer jet and push the washer jet out of the bonnet. Repeat for the next side. Step4. Create a Support to hold the new Washer Jet in place Due to the size of the old washer jet the new Citroën washer jet will not fit perfectly into the hole in the Bravo/a and Marea’s bonnet without a support. To create the support I used an empty plastic bottle, I cut out two squares approx 4cm x 5cm from the plastic bottle and carefully with a craft knife I cut a cross in the middle. Going left to right I cut a small slit approx 3mm. Step5. Custom fit the new Washer Jet to your bonnet Get a friend to help you, and then get your friend to hold the washer jet to the bonnet, while from underneath you push the plastic support you
  • A mSQL and perl Web Server Mini HOWTO
  • Everybody who wants to install a web server database but does not know which software is necessary and how it is installed should benefit from reading this text. This text provides all information necessary to get a SQL database for a web server going; it does not go into any detail of CGI programming, nor does it explain the SQL database language. Excellent books are available on both topics, and it is the intention of this text to provide a working platform based on which a user can then study CGI programming and SQL. For getting a small scale SQL system running (not the notorious example of a major airline booking system, or space mission management database) it will be sufficient to have the software described in this text and the documentation accompanying it. The user manual of msql (a database introduced in this text) provides sufficient information on SQL for building your own database. The reader of this text should have a working knowledge of how to obtain files via ftp if he has no access to CD?ROMs, and a basic understanding of how to build binaries from sources. Anyway, all steps explained in this text were tested on a real life system and should also work on the reader's system. It can be safely assumed that databases with a high volume of data or a complicated relational setup (like, perhaps, a lexical database for a living language) must be accessible to many users and operators at the same time. Ideally,
