Next we’ll create a swarm of molecules that collide with the membrane (and can otherwise only traverse it via the pore opening). We’ll gain finer control over the behavior of individual molecules in the swarm through the use of expressions. Finally, we’ll add goals to the entire swarm and control the degree to which these goals affect the swarm’s movement.
In part II – the ‘blastocyst tutorial’ - we’ll look at how a piece of geometry can serve as a goal for particles. Specifically, we’ll create a blastocyst-stage embryo made up of blobby particles attracted to a sphere. We’ll control the behavior of these particles relative to the surface of the sphere. For the finale, we’ll squeeze the blastocyst out of the zona pellucida surrounding it by using a lattice deformer applied to the sphere.

Unfortunately, many of the applications that receive this data do not consider the security implications of using content from third parties and unknowingly make themselves and their attached systems susceptible to various forms of attack.
This white paper discusses various forms of attacks based on Web feeds that follow the RSS, Atom and XML standards. This paper does not extensively cover each XML element and its usage within Web-based feeds, nor does it address other vulnerability scenarios such as buffer overflows and other XML- specific risks. Web Feeds as Attack Vectors
Browsers, local readers, Web sites and online portals such as Bloglines all subscribe to feeds. These applications automatically fetch new content at intervals defined either on the receiving client or by the feed itself. Once a user is subscribed, they are alerted to new entries where they can read the story title and usually a brief description of the story body. The RSS Specification states that story bodies (the tag) allow HTML entities in order to allowWriting Scripts with PHP’s PEAR DB ModuleAs a web programming language, one of PHP’s strengths traditionally has been to make it easy to write scripts that access databases so that you can create dynamic web pages that incorporate database content. This is important when you want to provide visitors with information that is always up-to-date, without hand tweaking a lot of static HTML pages. However, although PHP is easy to use, it includes no general-purpose database access interface. Instead it has a number of specialized ones that take the form of separate sets of functions for each database system. There is one set for MySQL, another for InterBase, and another for PostgreSQL—and others as well.
This wide range of support for different database engines help make PHP popular because it means essentially that no matter which database you use, PHP probably supports it. On the other hand, having a different set of functions for each database also makes PHP scripts non-portable at the lexical (source code) level. For example, the function for issuing a SQL statement is named mysql_query(), ibase_query(), or pg_exec(), depending on whether you are using MySQL, InterBase, or Post-greSQL. This necessitates a round of messy script editing to change function names if you want to use your scripts with a different database engine, or if you obtain scripts from someone who doesn’t use the same engine you do.
In PHP 4 and up, this problem is addressed by means of a database module included in PEAR (the PHP Extension and Add-on Repository). The PEAR DB
