Guide to Ruby TutorialThat would imply that the language works primarily on the computer’s terms. That the language is designed to accommodate the computer, first and foremost. That therefore, we, the coders, are foreigners, seeking citizenship in the computer’s locale. It’s the computer’s language and we are translators for the world. But what do you call the language when your brain begins to think in that language? When you start to use the language’s own words and colloquialisms to express yourself—Say, the computer can’t do that. How can it be the computer’s language? It is ours, we speak it natively! We can no longer truthfully call it a computer language. It is coderspeak.
It is the language of our thoughts. Read the following aloud to yourself. 5.times { print “Odelay!” } In English sentences, punctuation (such as periods, exclamations, parentheses) are silent. Punctuation adds meaning to words, helps give cues as to what the author intended by a sentence. So let’s read the above as: Five times print “Odelay!”. Which is exactly what this small Ruby program does. Beck’s mutated Spanish exclamation will print five times on the computer screen. Read the following aloud to yourself. exit unless “restaurant”.include? “aura” Here we’re doing a basic reality check. Our program will exit (the program will end) unless the word restaurant contains (or includes ) the word aura . Again, in English: Exit unless the word restaurant includes the word aura.
Download Guide to Ruby TutorialBuilding WebParts with NetAdvantage for ASP.NETWebParts are the building blocks of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server pages. By using a simple pattern, you can use NetAdvantage for ASP.NET to target this powerful platform. In this guide, you will learn the key steps necessary to get started in building your own custom web part.
An Introduction to SharePoint
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) is a powerful web-based portal package that promotes communication and collaboration with-in an organization. MOSS can be used to quickly build web applications, through the Web Parts Framework. Web Parts themselves, are packaged components that when added to a page can provide functional pieces of an application such as data visualization, or data entry.
SharePoint Requirements
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server WebPart pages require a component to derive from a common WebPart base class. The NetAdvantage for ASP.NET controls derive from the core ASP.NET base class, WebControl. Because of this incongruity, NetAdvantage for ASP.NET controls cannot be added directly to a WebParts page.
Getting Started with NetAdvantage for ASP.NET and SharePoint
Wrapping a WebControl into a composite WebPart enables you to bring your typical ASP.NET controls into the world of SharePoint WebParts pages. Composite WebParts, which are typically simple shells which host child WebControls, bring the functionality and reusability of standard WebControls into the modular and personalizable WebPart framework. In this manner, it is quite a simple exercise to create a WebPart shell around one or more NetAdvantage for ASP.NET web controls. Based on your needs, you can make your wrapper as simple or advanced as necessary. Service Manual | Owners Guide | Operating Instructions | INTRODUCTION FUEL HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
The following information provides basic precautions which must be observed if fuel is to be handled safely. It also outlines the other areas of risk which must not be ignored. This information is issued for basic guidance only, and in any case of doubt, appropriate enquiries should be made of your local Fire Officer or Fire Department. Fuel vapour is highly flammable and in confined spaces is also very explosive and toxic and when diluted with air becomes a readily ignitable mixture. The vapour is heavier than air and will always fall to the lowest level. It can readily be distributed throughout a workshop by air current, consequently, even a small spillage of fuel is very dangerous. Always have a fire extinguisher containing FOAM CO2 GAS, or POWDER close at hand when handling fuel, or when dismantling fuel systems and in areas where fuel containers are stored.
WARNING: lt is imperative that the battery is not disconnected during fuel system repairs as arcing at the battery terminal could ignite fuel vapour in the atmosphere. Always disconnect the vehicle battery BEFORE carrying out work on the fuel system. Whenever fuel is being handled, transferred or stored, or when fuel systems are being dismantled all forms of ignition must be extinguished or removed, any leadlamps used must be flame proof and kept clear of spillage. This starts with the first implementation of an SAP System and continues through all modifications of the system to customer requirements by customizing, modification and customer developments. SAP provides the Test Workbench to support customers in this area. From the test planning stage onwards, the Test Organizer in the Test Workbench provides a tool to create a structure of the applications to be tested. Individual test cases can be created when planning is complete.
Use the Computer Aided Test Tool [Ext.] (CATT) in the Test Workbench. Test cases can be descriptions for manual tests, or test case scripts which are to be performed automatically. The test cases created can be put in the outline structure created during planning, in the Test Organizer. This provides a constant overview of the progress of test case creation.

For example, on Unix you can run “jedit” at the command line, or select jEdit from a menu; on Windows, you can double-click on the jEdit icon or select it from the Start menu.
If jEdit is started while another copy is already running, control is transferred to the running copy, and a second instance is not loaded. This saves time and memory if jEdit is started multiple times. Communication between instances of jEdit is implemented using TCP/IP sockets; the initial instance is known as the server, and subsequent invocations are clients.
If you find yourself launching and exiting jEdit a lot, the startup time can get a bit bothersome. If the -background command line switch is specified, jEdit will continue running and waiting for client requests even after all editor windows are closed. When run in background mode, you can open and close jEdit any number of times, only having to wait for it to start the first time. The downside of this is increased memory usage.
When running on MacOS X, the -background command-line switch is active by default, so that jEdit conforms to the platform convention that programs should stay open until the Quit command is explicitly invoked by the user, even if all windows are closed. To disable background mode on MacOS X, use the -nobackground switch.
For more information about command line switches that control the server feature, see the section called “Command Line Usage”.

According to MasterCard International, account takeover fraud has increased by 369% since 1995. It has become one of the fastest growing types of fraud, and one of the more difficult to combat. More than $700 million in online sales were lost to fraud in 2001, representing 1.14 percent of total annual online sales of $61.8 billion, according to GartnerG2. Even if the credit card company has given the authorization as to the validity of the card, there are several ways fraudulent cards can be used on your site. The card may have been lost or stolen, but the card owner is yet to report its loss. Or the number on the card (and not the card itself) may have been lifted without the knowledge of the owner. There is also a scam called identity theft, where the card has been issued under false pretenses using someone else's identity and data.
As an online merchant, you need to have a system to check the authenticity of orders placed to safeguard your business. While the effort may require additional time and money, it can save you the cost and stress caused by charge-backs for fraudulent orders. You lost your physical products; you lose the sale price; you lose another business opportunity; and you will be fined an additional $15-$50 charge-back fee. If you have a high percentage of charge-backs, your card services company can even blacklist you and cancel your merchant account. You will
