You can also follow these same steps to import other data tables into Access, such as dbf files or txt files, with some minor variation. This document uses some standard database terminology, referring to columns as fields and rows as records.
Working with data in Microsoft Access databases can be preferable to working with spreadsheets for a number of reasons. One database file can hold several tables, which makes consolidating and organizing data easier. Databases are also great for calculating summaries and aggregating data more efficiently than a spreadsheet. Access is a relational database, which means that you can bring related data stored in different tables together to summarize and calculate data; a feat that a spreadsheet like Excel cannot perform. Databases are a necessity when working with large datasets, as spreadsheets have a limit of 65,000 records. Finally, Microsoft Access databases are compatible with ArcGIS, as tables within Access databases can be directly accessed by ArcGIS and added to ArcMap. Tables can then be joined to boundary files based on a common field, and the data within the tables can be mapped. This is highly preferable to working with table in the dbf file format, which has very particular syntax rules that makes them difficult to work with. Access databases can also serve as geodatabases for holding boundary files and data tables (for instructions on importing shapefiles into Access, see the Import Shapefiles to Access tutorial).
NOTE –Connecting the iPod to a BravoThe first thing I bought a chinch (pic.1) to headphones (pic. 2) cable. Taken the glove box out and the Fiat radio. Fitted the connection cable and 1 two line cable for power (pic.3), had the hole in the dash when I bought the car (prob. a mobile phone holder) Connected the two line cable (pic.3) to the negative ( - ) cable of the car, and the other one to the positive ( + ) witch only has power when the car is running. So the power line has no constant power and the LED that shows charging of the iPod isn't visible when the car is not running.
Then I connected the Sony 5700 to the car and inserted the chinch's to the sony unit. (pic.4)
This is it for the Sony unit side.
Now comes the tricky part (so to say)
First I had to find out witch car iPod holder has the charge option and constant level volume output.
When connecting an iPod directly to the headphones jack (pic.2), the volume can be adjusted to a higher level from iPod and that can damage the amp. So I decided to buy PodGear CarDock Cradle & Charger (pic.5) (found it in MacWorld, bought it in Austria-closer to my country) - can find it on eBay for sure, regular coast in UK around 35£ inc. Vat.

OTES:
- The creator of dvd shrink 3.2 will NEVER make a new version… so get v 3.2
- At this time I used imgburn version 2.3.2.0 , if you have trouble with other versions then get the version I used.
What we are doing here…
We are using dvd shrink to convert the movie from the dvd disc to an ISO IMAGE FILE on your computers hard-drive.
Then we are using imgburn to convert the ISO IMAGE FILE from your hard-drive to a blank dvd that will play on any dvd player.
After you have Installed dvd shrink 3.2 & imgburn then do the following… leave all the factory settings alone on dvd shrink and imgburn this tutorial was written in December 2007 by JDE this tutorial shows you how to copy DVD‘s on windows vista - please do your part in circulating this file around the internet.
