Download PDFWriting Secure ASP ScriptsThis paper briefly describes several common classes of coding error generally encountered when auditing web applications running on the Active Server Pages (ASP) platform. The paper is broken down into three broad sections, each of which addresses several common coding problems. The following is a list of the common errors that are discussed in this document, divided into three broad categories. The remainder of the document deals with each of these problems in turn. Any ASP code samples assume that the default language is VBScript, but all of the points apply equally to JavaScript. Equally, all occurrences of the SQL language assume that Microsoft SQL Server is being used as the back – end database.

Input validation
Input validation errors are probably the most common form of problem encountered when auditing ASP applications. Three of the most common classes of input validation error are:
Insufficient validation of fields in SQL queries
Email handling problems
Parent path problems
We will address each of these classes of error in turn.

Creating your document
A poster created in PowerPoint usually consists of a single slide.
Launch Microsoft PowerPoint. PowerPoint will automatically open a blank presentation.
To resize the slide, select Page Setup from the File menu.
In the dialog box that pops up, select Custom under Slides sized for:
Then enter the width and height of your poster, in inches. PowerPoint will automatically set portrait or landscape orientation based on the measurements you enter.
The maximum size PowerPoint will allow for a slide is 56”. If you want your poster to be
bigger than 56”, create it at half size and then print it at 200% scale. In this example, the
desired poster size is 96” wide by 36” high, so it is designed at 48” by 18”.
Inserting poster elements
Insert text and graphics as you normally would in PowerPoint.
Remember that if you are designing your poster at half the printed size, everything on your poster will also be half the printed size. So, if you want your title to be 1.5” high (108 pt), and you are designing your poster at half size, set the font to 54 pt.
Inserting a PowerPoint slide
You can insert a PowerPoint slide into your poster by saving it as an image.
1. In PowerPoint, select the slide you would like to place.
2. Select Save as from the File menu.

Creating Many to Many forms with ImpAKT2The Many-to-Many tutorial is ment to learn you how to use the Server Behaviors and the commands that are related to the implementation of many to many relationships between tables. We will also demonstrate easily how to implement the Nested Repeat Region feature in ImpAKT2. The goal of the current application will be the creation of a website that will help us manage a list of students with their associated courses.
Notes:
If you use Dreamweaver PHP_MySQL server model you need to install ImpAKT2 tNG PHP_MySQL. In this case, you won't need to install PHAkt2. Instead you MUST install the "AdvRS-2.0.2.mxp" package if you want to create advanced recordsets. This recordset type is required for some ImpAKT2 transactions as the update transaction.
Please follow the install notes found in each installation kit to configure your workspace. We presume you have a correctly configured platform for PHP development under Dreamweaver MX (the configured Windows or Linux server, share or FTP access, a Dreamweaver MX site). This tutorial cannot be be completed using the ImpAKT Demo version. Please make sure that you have installed one of the full ImpAKT versions (ADOdb, Both, MySQL).

Also several version improved versions have been published (SNMPv2[1] and SNMPv3[4]) The goal is to allow automation of network management by establishing a standard protocol supported by all network devices for configuration and monitoring.
Using SNMP enabled devices network administrators can automate the tedious and error prone task of changing the configuration of the network by using an administration interface which in turn will automatically re-configure each device on the network using SNMP. By having a unified protocol a single administration application can manage an entire network of heterogeneous devices.
Another use of SNMP is to monitor the state of the network. The protocol defines a special message called a trap that triggers an agent governing a device to send an event stream back to the administrator. Management applications can periodically pool the devices to obtain an up-to-date overview over the network.
There are project existing [2] that facilitate the conversion of SNMP traces into formats that can be easily displayed. However, the user interface of the tools is either incomplete or not very well suited for the task at hand. The python converter presented converts SNMP and flow traces into a network animator file that can be viewed using the network animator(NAM). While the basic task of seeing the interaction dynamics is accomplished NAM does a very pour job at graph layout. Conversely the analyser based on JUNG does a very good job for the layout, but it doesThe Complete Tire Safety Guide PDFTo find the proper air pressure for your tires, look in the vehicle owner s manual, on the driver s side door jamb or in the glove box. And if you buy new tires, be sure to learn the correct pressure from your dealer. Check your pressure at least once a month, and use a good quality air gauge. Or, stop by your local Goodyear dealer and have your air pressure checked and corrected for free. Maintaining proper air pressure is the single most important thing drivers can do for their tires. In the space of just one month, a tire can lose 10 pounds of air pressure. It is important to check your air pressure regularly, to make sure your tires are neither under- nor over-inflated. Under-inflation is the worst enemy your tire can have. It causes increased treadwear on the outside edges (or shoulders) of the tire. It also generates excessive heat, which reduces tire durability.
Finally, it reduces your fuel economy by increasing rolling resistance - soft tires make your vehicle work harder. Over-inflation is also detrimental to the tire. Too much air pressure causes the center of the tread to bear the majority of the car s weight, which leads to faster deterioration and uneven wear. Any kind of uneven wear will shorten the lifespan of your tires. over-inflated wear zone under-inflated wear zone

Download pdfAutoCADD Tutorial A survival guideAutoCADD is an extremely powerful drafting tool. It has enabled accuracy in drawing barely imaginable thirty years ago. AutoCADD has taken a lot of the guesswork out of locating routes for roads, locations for underwater foundations, and even space research. It is so accurate that it can give commands to an electronically controlled saw to cut wood to the thousandth of an inch. That’s what we use it for in MIL; to cut out robot parts and copper circuit boards. The machine is called a t-tech machine, and presents specific problems that must be addressed in AutoCADD. Specifically, we have to leave little holes in the outlines of the things to be cut in order to anchor the object in place, and account for the width of the blade in cutting. First we’ll learn about AutoCADD, then come back to learn the specific applications for the MIL Lab.
Relative Coordinates
Relative coordinates are extremely useful in drawing precisely. The relative coordinate command takes the last point to which you clicked and temporarily makes it the origin. It works for rectangular and polar coordinates (also for spherical, but 3-D applications are more complicated).
