The ConferenceCreate Web Part allows users to make calls to H.323-compatible video conference – endpoints or MCU conferences and to record the call on a TANDBERG Content Server.
To make a call, type in the IP address, E.164 alias or H.323 ID of the endpoint or MCU you want to dial, then click on the Place Call button. Click the Refresh Page button to display status information for your call on the web page.
Your Active Calls display information about the bitrate the call was made at, the codecs used for the call, the number dialled, the running duration of the call and the call status.

This tutorial, which also serves as a manual, provides instructions on how to use many of the tools, functions, and options available in ArcGIS and the Districting extension that will help the user create proposed plans for this project. However, because the tutorial was written in a relatively limited timeframe many functions and options of the software that may also be useful are not covered. Persons with more experience with GIS software in general and with ArcGIS in particular may be able to more easily learn and use these additional functions.
Please follow the tutorial carefully as missed steps or incorrect specifications or actions can cause errors and much frustration. Please expect that it will take several practices and some hours of work to become comfortably efficient with the software.

Applets appear in a Web page much in the same way as images do, but unlike images, applets are dynamic and interactive. Applets can be used to create animations, figures, or areas that can respond to input from the reader, games, or other interactive effects on the same Web pages among the text and graphics. Although HotJava was the first World Wide Web browser to be able to play Java applets, Java support is rapidly becoming available in other browsers. Netscape 2.0 provides support for Java applets, and other browser developers have also announced support for Java in forthcoming products.

DownloadAnalyzing IP Traffic Captured by NetsniffNetSniff is a multi-network-layered real-time traffic capture and analysis tool developed as part of the ICE 3 project being run out of the Center for Advanced Internet Architectures (CAIA). NetSniff uses the PCAP library [11] to capture network traffic on a network interface or from a tcpdump [11] formatted file and parses the captured traffic at multiple network layers to produce a detailed set of statistics. Logfileparser is a complementary tool creating a database and filling it with the data captured by NetSniff. This database file can then be queried to obtain relevant statistics and generate graphical results using the R [7] software.
This paper describes the procedures involved to install over a FreeBSD machine all software required to generate these results, as well as provide a brief tutorial in the usage of both lofileparser and R. The first section describes the installation and basic use of NetSniff. Section two outlines the installation of logfileparser and how to generate a database from the logfiles created by NetSniff, while Section 3 covers the installation and usage of R to generate graphical results.
