  • Teamprise Client Suite
  • The introduction of Microsoft Visual Studio Team System (VSTS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS) changed the practice of Application Lifecycle Management throughout the software development industry. Enterprise organizations now have an affordable, full-featured solution that is designed from the ground up for seamless integration into Visual Studio. By adopting Visual Studio Team System in conjunction with Team Foundation Server, software development teams can easily collaborate on projects regardless of whether they are located within the same department, or dispersed across many geographical locations. Architects, developers, and testers have access to issue tracking, source control, project reporting, and build automation, all tightly integrated inside of Visual Studio, the leading .NET development environment. The Challenge Unfortunately, organizations who would like to deploy Visual Studio Team System and Team Foundation Server across the enterprise are faced with the obstacle of supporting teams on heterogeneous platforms and architectures. For example, while many companies have a high percentage of .NET developers, they often also have a mix of Java developers. In addition, they typically have development teams working on other operating systems, such as Linux, Solaris, or Mac OS X. Companies in this situation would like to standardize on TFS for their entire organization, making the features and robustness of TFS available to everyone in the enterprise. Failure to achieve this level of integration inevitably leads to increased inefficiency, delay, errors, and lost opportunities. The Solution Enter Teamprise. With the goal of delivering the advantages of Team Foundation Server to all development teams in the enterprise, the Teamprise Client

  • Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync Administrator's Guide
  • Mobile workers can have wireless access to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 email and calendar information using the Treo™ 650smartphone by palmOnewith built-in Exchange ActiveSync ® technology. With this solution, companies don’t incur additional expense and management overhead involved in evaluating, purchasing, installing, and updating third party behind-the-firewall servers. While these additional servers do provide some unique benefits, many businesses won’t need more than what's offered through Exchange ActiveSync—functionality that’s built in to Exchange Server 2003 and the Treo 650 smartphone. With the latest mobile technology, Treo 650 smartphone users have fast and easy access to the most current email and calendar information on the corporate Exchange server wherever they can get a cellular signal. How Exchange ActiveSync works on the Treo 650 smartphone The Internet, wireless technology, mobile devices, and advanced software are allowing mobile workers access to business information without imposing time or location constraints, enabling them to be more competitive and have more freedom to shift their work hours and location. Whether their business information is on the web or on an Exchange server, mobile professionals want to access it. The Treo 650 smartphone by palmOne has the portability and speed you won't get from a laptop computer. A Treo smartphone is much easier to carry than a laptop, and a Treo smartphone can be turned on and ready for work quicker than the fastest laptop. Smartphones broaden an organization's traditional computing model—a desktop computer accessing corporate server(s)—to include wireless access to information on the corporate server. Mobile professionals who carry
  • Threat Modelling for ASP.NET Designing Secure Applications
  • A Web service is a network of coordinated applications in the backend behind an http-governed Web server. The Web server is addressed by http-clients across the Internet. ASP.NET is one example for the coordination technology. However, the security analysis holds for Web services in general, not only for ASP.NET. ASP.NET provides a set of components for developers to implement complex functionality in DLL. It is scalable, in that it provides state services to manage session variables (cookies, session ids, temporary URLs) across multiple Web servers in a server farm. It is stable, in that it can detect application failures and recover from them. It addresses both “managed code” (conformant to ASP.NET), as well as “unmanaged code” (“native code”) to include “legacy” applications. It is performant, because ASP.NET pages are compiled whereas ASP pages are interpreted. When an ASP.NET page is first requested, it is compiled and cached, or saved in memory, by the .NET Common Language Runtime (CLR). This cached copy can then be re- used for each subsequent request for the page. After the first request, the code can run from a much faster, compiled version, see Butler, Caudill [1] for details. In this paper we will use an abstract Web services model which allows us to identify different sources and targets of attacks. On the basis of our attack analysis we will provide a structured view on security guidelines which help developers to avoid the most obvious security holes. The security holes derive mainly from the fact that any kind

  • Blood 2: The Chosen - Games Cheats Hints & Trainer PC Guide
  • The fact that we can remember a game released seven years ago and still keep it in such high regard is simply enough. Unlike the first installment, Blood, which was set in 1920s, Blood II takes place in the year 2028, so in addition to conventional weapons and magical items, it also incorporates science-fictional technology. As well as its predecessor, the game is significant with excessive graphic violence and a crude style of humor.
