MrSID Macintosh Stand Alone Viewer The MrSID Stand Alone Viewer displays images that have been encoded into the MrSID format. Each MrSID image file contains data from multiple resolutions stored in a single pixel database. The MrSID Viewer starts viewing an image at the smallest resolution view, and allows complete control to zoom, pan, navigate and investigate through larger and smaller zoom levels. The Viewer uses Selective Decompression” to decode only the portion of an image necessary for viewing. This makes rapid viewing of large images possible, while maintaining maximum image quality. With the MrSID Stand Alone Viewer, you can also export any part of the image to TIFF at any resolution.

It adds one AT-command style compatible Modem that can be directly connected to a dial-up telephone line. The modem interface is a 16C550A compatible UART with 16 byte TX RX FIFOs. The I/O port address and the IRQ used can be set with jumper blocks on the board itself. Typically, the TS Modem comes with a 33K baud modem, though it can be purchased with the optional feature of a 56K baud modem. The TS-Modem can also be purchased with the optional 16-bit PC/104 connector, which is required if using IRQ 10, 11, 12,14, or 15.
The TS-Modem can also be purchased with the optional on-board speaker, which is useful during development to monitor call progress. The modem speaker can be turned off by removing a jumper. The TS-Modem comes with the following features.

Therefore if you want to save yourself time and money by not having your lights realigned then mark off the position of the brackets and bolts in there current position before removal. The joke goes, “we build tools as if software were made by people … working together.” As a human-centered effort, we draw from various research fields including human-computer interaction, information visualization, computer-supported cooperative work, and social computing. The central tenet of these fields is that one needs to understand the user in order to design tools to support them. To this end we have initiated a series of investigations to understand software development at Microsoft. Our research builds on a rich history of research into professional software development practices [1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7]. This document describes the process we used, what we learned, and directions for future user research.
METHODOLOGY
We performed two surveys and several face-to-face interviews of developers at Microsoft during the summer of 2005. The first survey contained 205 questions asking how developers spend their time, what tools they use, and the severity of various problems they face. We deployed it to 1000 architects, software developers and software test developers randomly selected from the Microsoft address book by job title. We received 157 responses, though the data presented here includes only the 104 responses from the developers.
Next we performed semi-structured interviews with six software development leads and five software developers drawn from our survey respondents. Each was done by two interviewers, who took copious notes. Each interview lasted about an hour. Most
