Then remove the plastic body away from the arm rest. Note: The bottom two allen key bolts are the bolts that hold the arm rest to the console via a hinge, dont worry as this will stay where it is, once undone it should just pull up, when re-attaching you`ll need to push down and aline the holes up so the allen bolts screw in.
In the pics below, the arm rest is covered in foam thats used for wooden flooring, its held down with maskin tape and makes the arm rest more comfortable, you don`t have to use foam material, but it helps.
