The evaluation of assessment dimensionality is a necessary stage in the gathering of evidence to support the validity of interpretations based on a total score, particularly when assessment development and analysis is conducted within an item response theory (IRT) framework. Unidimensionality refers to the existence of one underlying measurement construct (dimension) that accounts for variation in examinee responses. Violating this assumption could severely bias item and ability parameter estimation. In this study, we employ polytomous item responses to compare two methods that have received increased attention in recent years: Rasch model analysis (Rasch, 1960/1980) and Parallel analysis (Horn, 1965) with TETRAD (Glymour, 1982), a method for evaluating assessment structure that is less well-known in the educational measurement community, though confirmatory TETRAD analysis has been developed by Bollen and Ting (1993, 1998, 2000) for identifying causal indicators.

Often a shape looks great on screen using max, but if you want to actually make it in 3d then it’s a bit tricky seeing as we don’t have access to a rapid prototyping machine or a CNC mill, but we do have a laser cutter. So this explains how to turn a 3d studio model into a real thing made up of laminates of card, paper, ply, Perspex whatever you want. This tutorial assumes a basic knowledge of 3DS Max an AutoCAD.

How to start AutoCad
Click on the AutoCad icon. It will open a blank drawing file and a dialog box called ‘AutoCad Today’. Close the AutoCad Today’ and start working in the drawing file. In AutoCad, you do not have to specify the units of length. It works in relative units. Hence, you can draw with dimensions in any units (m, cm, mm, micron, inch etc.). Just make sure that all your dimensions have been consistently converted in that unit.

How big is your site or object? Always consider the real sizes in metres (or mm or whatever) of the overall site, in plan, measuring width then height. (x,y dimensions).
This house is small, we will be thinking in metres, so it should fit into an area of 15mx12m
Pick: Format, Drawing Limits
Accept the lower-left limit < 0.0000, 0.0000 > (Press Enter ¿ ) then type in 15,12¿ to define a new upper-right limit
Pick: View, Zoom, All to stretch to the new limits this has provided you with a drawing area suitable to your project, but it will not stop you extending beyond this area later
Check your status line. POLAR and OSNAP should be active

The Jetta ushers in two important new features this year, a station wagon and a new, 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder TDI diesel engine. The sedan can also have its front wheels powered by a 2.5-litre 5-cylinder or a turbocharged 2.0-litre 4-cylinder. The Jetta Wagon cannot be ordered with the 2.0-litre turbocharged gasoline engine.
