Note that the Maintain Offset option will allow you to maintain the controlled object’s current position at the time these constraints are applied.

A case study on some specific networks and related algorithms is followed. The applications of some neural network models and related algorithms in information retrieval systems are then investigated. Problems on applying neural network models into IR systems are finally summarized in the conclusion.
Neural network is one of the important components in Artificial Intelligence (AI). It has been studied for many years in the hope of achieving human-like performance in many fields, such as speech and image recognition as well as information retrieval. To make the term 'neural network' used in this paper clear and to expand considerably on its content, it is useful to give a definition to this term, analyze the general structure of a neural network, and explore the advantages of neural network models first.

Step 3 : Modify your php.ini (c:program filesxamppapachebinphp.ini)
By default XAMPP disables the zend optimizer, enable it by changing the following entry: zend_optimizer.enable_loader = 1
Step 4 : Now start to install Zendplatform on your machine. You can download a copy from http://www.zend.com (please read the license before you proceed with the installation process).
Run the installer and follow the instructions. In the following dialogs you have to make some decisions on how to install the ZendPlatform. Please follow the settings as described in the screenshots.
