  • GO-Global For Windows Deployment Guide
  • GraphOn’s GO-Global software gives the Windows Server operating system the capability to serve 32-bit Windows® based applications to client desktops, terminals and web-browsers running on PC and non-PC desktops. The GO-Global Server environment is, by definition, a thin-client, 100 percent server-centric architecture. Because the GO-Global clients will be available for many different desktop platforms (Linux, Macintosh, and others), the GO-Global Server provides access to 32-bit Windows-based applications from virtually any desktop. The GO-Global Server allows you to roll out 32-bit Windows-based applications to a heterogeneous set of desktops while transitioning to a pure 32-bit desktop environment. Unlike the traditional client/server environment, an application runs only on the server in the GO-Global Server environment. The GO-Global client performs virtually no local processing of applications. The GO-Global Server transmits only the application presentation—the Graphical User Interface, or GUI—down to the client. Each user logs on and perceives only his or her own session, which is transparently managed by the server operating system and is independent from any other client session. From an application development perspective, one of the biggest benefits of the GO-Global Server is that the majority of existing 32-bit application programs run "as is"—no programming changes are required to run them on a GO-Global Server. This does not, however, mean that all existing 32-bit applications run equally well under GO-Global Server. As with the addition of any new operating system service, understanding how to design applications that take advantage of these new capabilities is important. It’s also important to understand how this

  • Setting Options and Customising Microsoft Excel 2002
  • Like all Microsoft Office products, Excel allows you to customise various settings to suit your own requirements. Whereas Microsoft Word has a default template called normal.dot, Excel has a special file called Excel.xlb in which your settings are stored. Note that not all settings are stored here, however - for example, each file has its own colour palette. Perhaps the most useful customisation centres around the toolbars and menus. You can decide which toolbars to display (and where you would like them positioned on the screen). If you want to, you can remove, add or rearrange the buttons on a toolbar (or the commands in a menu). You can even create your own toolbars and menus, adding either built-in commands or your own (using macros - see Writing Macros in Microsoft Excel 2003 for further information). Another common area of customisation concerns charts. You can create your own chart types and change the palette of colours used on charts. Defining your own types lets you apply a given layout to a set of charts - eg for a particular publication or thesis. While on the subject of colours, you can also modify the default colour palette used for fonts and filling cells. A further aspect of customisation centres around customised lists. A few lists are built into the system (eg the days of the week and months of the year) but you can create your own. These can then be used to fill further cells or to sort data in a particular order.
  • Wii Battalion Wars 2 Instruction Manual pdf
  • Lord Ferrok raised a mighty army that he dubbed the Iron Legion. This fearsome horde marched on the free nations of the world in a series of conflicts now known as the Lightning Wars. Desperate measures were required to defeat them, and at the final hour the Solar Empire unleashed a doomsday device that drew down the power of the sun and incinerated the Iron Lord and his armies. The device was then hidden at a secret location so that it would never fall into the wrong hands. Centuries later, a new leader was to emerge at the head of Xylvania. His name was Kaiser Vlad. After decades of planning, he launched his own bid for global conquest. The war that followed, chronicled in Battalion Wars 1, stretched from the Dune Sea to the Solar Empire, and back to Xylvania, where Vlad was finally defeated, and his lackey Kommandant Ubel captured. And for a few precious years, the world knew peace. But now the world is shocked by rumors that the Solar Empire is building a new superweapon. Download Wii Battalion Wars 2 Instruction Manual pdf
