The GXT800/850 Series operates on GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service) frequencies which require an FCC (Federal Communications Commission) license. You must be licensed prior to operating on channels 1 - 7 or 15 - 22, which comprise the GMRS channels of the GXT800/850 Series. - A field is a column of a table that contains a category of information.
- A record is all of the fields for one particular object – such as a person’s last name, first name, and telephone number would comprise a record.
- A data value is the smallest unit of information.
