ELECTRIC CORRECTION ACCORDING TO BATTERY VOLTAGE AND ELECTRIC POWER BALANCE The aim of this correction is to compensate for the drop in voltage due to operation of a power consuming component when the battery is at low charge. To achieve this, the idle speed is increased, which increases the speed of rotation of the alternator, and this increases the battery voltage. The lower the voltage, the more significant the correction. Correction of the engine speed is therefore variable. It begins when the voltage drops below 12.8 V.The idling speed may reach 900 rpm maximum.

Step2. Fiat Windscreen Washer Jet Removal Open the bonnet and remove the following plastic studs to gain access to the underside of the washer jets. I have circled the main ones; you can remove more if required.
Step3. Remove existing Windscreen Washer Jets
Carefully remove the washer pipe tubing from the washer jet nozzle. Then with pliers press both sides of the washer jet and push the washer jet out of the bonnet. Repeat for the next side.
Step4. Create a Support to hold the new Washer Jet in place
Due to the size of the old washer jet the new Citroën washer jet will not fit perfectly into the hole in the Bravo/a and Marea’s bonnet without a support. To create the support I used an empty plastic bottle, I cut out two squares approx 4cm x 5cm from the plastic bottle and carefully with a craft knife I cut a cross in the middle. Going left to right I cut a small slit approx 3mm.

1. If you are not comfortable with this procedure please return your Shark Injector™ to your retailer for a prompt refund;
2. Locate the rectangular 16 pin OBD-II port in the interior of your BMW. It will generally be found in the driver’s under-dash area, or on the forward end of the passenger side of the transmission tunnel. It is covered by flip-top plastic cover engraved with the word “OBD”. In some cases there is a second removable “trim cover” over the actual plug assembly. Remove the “trim cover” if necessary, and open the flip-top cover to gain access to the OBD-II diagnostic port;
3. Note the direction that the LED’s on the end of the Shark Injector™ will point when inserted in the OBD-II port. You will need to see these LED’s for guidance from outside the vehicle. In many cases a mirror such as a mirrored tile from a home store, or a piece of cardboard wrapped in aluminum foil will be required to allow you to see the LED’s from outside the vehicle. This is NOT optional!!
4. This complete turbocharger system can be installed using common tools and automotive procedures, but installer must have a thorough knowledge of automotive engine operation and feel comfortable working on the vehicle. Remove the turbocharger system from its carton and inspect for any obvious physical damage. All kit components are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment from the factory.
If any shipping damage is evident, contact your supplier and request that they process a claim with the shipper involved. Be sure to review the parts list on page 3 to verify that you have all necessary system components to proceed. If any components in the parts list are missing, contact Turbonetics’ customer service staff. With the ignition on, enter on the XR25 : - the speedometer should indicate ~ 36 km/h. - the speedometer should indicate ~ 108 km/h. - the speedometer should indicate ~ 180 km/h. Does the speedometer needle indicate these values without vibrating or oscillating? G 1 G 3 G 5 yes Change the speedometer or the instrument panel depending on instrument panel model. Check the condition of the electrical wiring between the speed sensor and the “vehicle speed” input on the instrument panel. Is the electrical wiring in good condition? yes Change the speed sensor. no Repair the electrical wiring between the instrument panel and the speed sensor. Secure the speed sensor correctly.
