Coma and astigmatism of NICMOS cameras have been derived using phase retrieval analysis of the data from the NICMOS focus monitoring program. Analysis of these aberrations has revealed that y-coma in all three camera experienced a systematic change over the NICMOS lifetime in Cycles 7 and 7a. A similar variation has been found for x-astigmatism in camera 2. In camera 3, the x-astigmatism increased dramatically after the FOM had been given a y-tilt of 16 arcsec. X-coma and y-astigmatism in all cameras did not show substantial systematic variations over the same period of time. The results of this study should help to understand the origin of the NICMOS optics instability. They should also facilitate interpretation of possible changes in NICMOS cameras when they are back to operations after installation of the cryocooler in Cycle 10.
1. Introduction
NICMOS optical characteristics experienced noticeable variations since the start of the instrument orbital life in early 1997. These include not only the changing focus position
Download Health ManualVideo SEO for NewspapersNewspapers are struggling with harsh economic realities, and are seeking creative new revenue sources while transitioning from their traditional print-centric business model, to where their audience has migrated – the Internet.
A major part of this transition involves newspaper companies producing greater amounts of video content online. Some are hoping the proven high engagement rates of video will generate to their websites greater traffic levels, longer time spent, and more follow-through actions from visitors – all with the ultimate goal of more revenue from advertisers, and overall monetization.
Newspapers are on the right path with producing regular video content, but they have largely been unsuccessful with their delivery and financial strategy. Newspapers are very capable of reaching their end goal, but it requires them adding a new component, which harnesses the full potential of traffic, engagement, and conversions – Video Search Engine Optimization, aka, “Video SEO."
Beginning 2009, Video SEO is a proven marketing strategy for many businesses, with well-established experts and applications already in place. Newspaper companies, including media companies with newspaper properties, are in a unique position to benefit from Video SEO and set their companies back on track to Internet revenue growth. However, newspapers cannot do this on their own. They will need to enlist the aid of Video SEO experts possessing an understanding of the special needs of publishing companies like newspapers, along with a proper application of the video publishing and SEO tools now available. This is essential if they are to be successful with transitioning to aSANAKO Media Assistant v. 6.0 User GuideLearning languages is hard work that demands intensive study and practice. Attackers are continually hiding their malicious code, erasing or modifying log files, and finding new techniques to minimize the trace evidence they leave behind. After reviewing nearly 200 compromised systems in the last 12 months, I have often become frustrated with the lack of evidence found on victim systems after the intrusions took place. In fact, the exploitation and post-exploitation techniques used by current attackers almost always thwart traditional physical media analysis practiced by the majority of computer forensic examiners.
Therefore, we have to continually improve our techniques, and add investigative steps that used to be rare, but now must become commonplace to the forensic examinations we perform in support of computer intrusion cases. Several new investigative steps we have added to our repertoire include in-depth examination of System Restore points.
This article is the result of a case study on an investigation conducted in the United States. This case demonstrates how computer forensic examiners can review System Restore points to establish an event timeline and unearth well hidden clues that assist in understanding how a computer system had been compromised. Without review of the System Restore points, our investigation would have fallen very short of answering the questions promoted by the case.

It is a CMS (Content Managment System) that integrates in its inside all the instruments that are used to create a site/portal of information (meant in broad sense). Given the immense number of present functions in the installation and in an even greater quantity of modules developed from third parties, the system is also adept to the management of
• Intranet business,

• corporate portals ,
• public agencies,
• news agencies,
• online companies,

PHP?Nuke utilizes as hinge of its own structure the duo PHP+ MySQL, very often being accompanied by the Apache web server. Many modules have integrated many other languages, such as Javascript, Java, Flash and also even systems that serve, through the portal, sounds and films in streaming mode(Online Radio, TV
Online, Images, Files...)
PHP?Nuke is developed with a particular eye to the suggestions of the W3C, in its origin, the code is in fact W3C compliant and one has validated both the code and the style sheets. It is then up to the user who intends to create a portal to adhere to these standards during the modification of the graphics or the intrinsic characteristics of the system.
The personalisation either of the graphical, or of the programming part has only a single limit, the fantasy and capability of the programer and web designer. The presence of many PHP?Nuke sites similar to each other is due mainly to the lack of time of those who created themWiMAX Market Intelligence ReportBroadband Wireless WiMAX Market Analysis. 3.2 Enterprise VOIP WiMAX Market Analysis. 3.3 Residential VOIP WiMAX Market Analysis

DownloadCompiling Eclipse Applications for Windows With GCJ/MinGWIn this document, we examine the creation of native (Windows) executables for Eclipse applications (not for Eclipse itself). While we have concentrated on Windows aspects, the equivalent systems should work without any difficulty on Linux. We will eventually test the generation of native Linux executables.
The advantage of compiled Eclipse application executables is that they do not require the JRE, they are self-contained except for the one swt dll. The applications can be distributed in zip format and can be moved around on a machine without requiring changes to the registry (there is no information saved in the Windows registry).
GCC and MinGW:
To compile Java applications to run on Windows, download the MinGW build of GCC/GCJ 3.3 for win32 from http://www.thisiscool.com/gcc_mingw.htm. This build uses a slightly older version of Eclipse (Eclipse 2.0.2) but it worked without any problems on the applications that we tested. This build includes a build of the SWT libraries so that the entire Eclipse application can be compiled. (The Swing libraries have not yet been ported to GCC/GCJ.) Special thanks are due to Mohan Embar and Ranjit Mathew for their work in building this win32 version.

Please refer to the many available Maya Tutorials on the net on how to work with materials (textures) and how to apply them to objects. Just one quick tip: Many drag-and-drop operations in Maya are done with the middle mouse button. You can apply textures/materials to objects this way as well as moving materials from the upper window in the Hypershade Editor to the lower window in order to edit the material (right mouse button -> Graph).
With the method described below you can use all methods that Maya offers to texture and light your object and then export the resulting texture to SL. The result is a straight bitmap; I haven’t yet worked with transparencies (alpha), but that should be perfectly possible, too. The process of converting all the Maya materials and lights into one single texture is called baking. Its big advantage is that all UV mapping coordinates are generated automatically and you can precisely texture even very complex sculpty prims. Depending on the texturing method you use in Maya, the texturing in Maya is more or less work. I used 3D materials in this tutorial – they “wrap” themselves around a 3D object automatically and don’t need any manual editing of texture coordinates.
