Integration of AJAX and Java Server Faces PaperEverybody is now talking about Web 2.0, a Web that is more dynamic, richer, more interactive, and, ultimately – much more exciting than anything we know now. It’s just human nature to look for unusual and new stuff. But, what does that mean for business applications?
Let’s look at Google Maps. Yes, we are all excited by Google Maps. It looks great. It is very interactive. And, most importantly, it behaves completely differently from what we expect to see in a “normal” browser. But, compared to any realistic business application – say something like trivial Internet banking – Google Maps is nothing. It supports just a few use cases compared to the hundreds or thousands of use cases for a typical business application.
How many input fields does it have? How many validation rules? How complex is the business process and page flow? Anybody could build Google Maps using any kind of technology, but business application developers face completely different challenges, challenges that are much more demanding!
What does Web 2.0 mean for the present world:
Web 2.0 is a phrase that is coined by O'Reilly Media in 2004, referring to the second generation Internet-based services. Second generation Internet services has become more and interactive and exiting to the present users. With out which it would have been impossible to construct such a small world. An enterprise want to improve there sales by providing users much user friendly and interactive websites.
Web 2.0 has been included with advanced technologies like AJAX, JSF, Visual Studio 2005,Water Erosion Prediction Project (WEPP) Windows Interface TutorialThis WEPP software consists of an erosion prediction model (WEPP) written in the Fortran programming language, a climate generator program (CLIGEN) also written in the Fortran programming language, and a Windows interface (WEPPWIN) written in the Visual C++ programming language. The interface accesses databases, organizes WEPP and CLIGEN simulations, creates all necessary input files for WEPP and CLIGEN, and executes the Fortran models when necessary. The interface also accesses and processes output information from the Fortran models for display and access by the user.
Section 1. WEPP Software Installation
The WEPP model and Windows interface can be installed from a file on a CD-ROM, or from the installation program downloaded from the NSERL web site. At the time of this document revision, the installation executable file was “wepp7-2002.exe”.
Use either Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer to locate the installation file “wepp7-2002.exe” on your CD-ROM drive or in the directory in which you downloaded it from the NSERL Web site. Use the mouse to double-click on the WEPPWIN.EXE file. This will start the installation process.

With WEP encryption, the transmitting device encrypts each packet with a WEP key, and the receiving device uses that same key to decrypt each packet.
The WEP keys used to encrypt and decrypt transmitted data can be statically associated with your adapter or dynamically created as part of the LEAP authentication process. The information in the sections below can help you to decide which type of WEP keys you want to use. Dynamic WEP keys with LEAP offer a higher degree of security than static WEP keys.
WEP keys, whether static or dynamic, are either 40 or 128 bits in length. The 128-bit WEP keys contain more characters than the 40-bit keys and, therefore, offer a greater level of security. Message integrity check (MIC) is a security protection feature supported by your client adapter in conjunction with an access point (see the “MIC” section on page 5-4).
Each device (or profile) within your wireless network can be assigned up to four static WEP keys. If a device receives a packet that is not encrypted with the appropriate key (as the WEP keys must match in all devices that are to communicate with each other), the device discards the packet.
For the Mac OS X, the Static WEP keys are stored in an encrypted format (for securityAudi A4 Service Manual 1996 - 2001 PDFThe Audi A4 Repair Manual: 1996-2001 is coming soon! Covers Audi A4 models built. ontheAudi "B5" platform. Doesnot include AudiS4(sports model).

In principle, there is a continuum of possible usages between these two levels, but it seems best for the purposes of teaching to entirely separate them.
In the first part of this tutorial, we're going to quickly dispatch the first level of operation, putting a front-end onto a database. Not only is this useful in its own right in many cases, it both gives a demonstration of the power and flexibility of Maypole, and provides a useful basis for showing how Maypole applications can be expanded.
As many of you know, I'm not really a Perl programmer any more; instead, I'm a missionary. It's a bit of a strange job, since I don't actually get paid, but I get funded by various supporters. I have a very bad memory, and need to be reminded who my supporters are, how much they pay me, and how I need to get in touch with them to let them know what I'm doing and how their money is being used. This sounds like the ideal job for a little relational database, and so I drew up the following schema:
