IMPORTING AND EXPORTING AutoCAD FILES (DWG)In addition to Canvas’numerous import and export capabilities, you can also import AutoCAD 2007 files into Canvas 11, edit them, and export to PDF format.
Objectives
After this exercise you will be able to:
» Import a DWG file
» Export as PDF
» Add symbols to a document
» Create dimensions
Required knowledge to perform this exercise:
» Open or place files
» Move an object
» Draw or place an object
» Understand the use of dimensions in CAD design
STEP1: IMPORTINGDWGFILES
First choose File > Open and select DWG for Files of type. Click Open and the DWG & DXF Import dialog box opens. The first going to Open and select the DWG file, but first on Files of type select DWG - AutoCAD® native files, then a new palette window call DWG & DXF Import will open.
A common scale used in CAD drawing is ¼”=1’, so we need to setup at this scale. Note: If you don’t want to set the drawing scale upon import, you can also use Canvas’ various scaling methods after import.

Your computer dissipates some heat during normal operation. • Place liquids away from your computer to avoid spills, and keep your computer away from water (to avoid the danger of electrical shock). • Keep your computer away from magnets, activated cellular phones, electrical appliances, or speakers (within 13cm/5 in).
• Avoid subjecting your computer to extreme temperatures (below 5°C/41°F or above 35°C/95°F). • If you plan on taking the laptop abroad, please reference the following information at http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1765.html

It was planned to allow users and developers to export data from one database to XML and import from this XML into another database. There are many use cases like data migration or setup of test databases. XML allows you to manipulate the data, maybe you already have XML export from legacy system and you can now transform this XML files (using XSLT) to JUDIE format. Also export from other tools (like db/Torque) can be easily transformed into JUDIE format and vice versa (see functional specification for more information about XML Schema/DTD).
JUDIE is OpenSource and published under LGPL. Everyone is free to use it with own applications. JUDIE is based on JDBC and allows to connect to a large number of database systems. JUDIE comes with a full API, a command line tool and with ant support. Also there is an Eclipse Plugin called JUDIEclipse4QuantumDB, see below.

We will work on one face of the cube with its specific material-shader and one texture “mountain.jpg”. Part 4 of this tutorial covers setting up an orbital camera. Part 1- In Maya, exporting a cube with textures Before exporting to Virtools, make sure that all faces inside the cube have their normals facing towards the inside of the cube. Go to Modeling, Display > Polygon Components > Normals Normals are represented with colored lines sticking out of the faces of the cube. The red arrow shows the way one normal should look like.

By supporting .NET, Java/J2EE, PHP, and C/C++ applications, all developers can use Oracle’s advanced database features, providing true flexibility for development organizations. Each of Oracle’s data access drivers is designed to maximize performance of its respective framework and to enable access to the latest database features.
Within the .NET realm, Oracle offers a multitude of products to develop applications with the Oracle database, including Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio .NET, Oracle Database Extensions for .NET, Oracle Providers for ASP.NET, and Oracle Data Provider for .NET (ODP.NET). ODP.NET is a native .NET data access provider for Oracle databases. It offers standard ADO.NET data access for .NET Framework 1.x, 2.0, and higher. For developers who have used another ADO.NET provider, basic ODP.NET data access requires very little new to learn. It can be used with existing constructs, such as the Microsoft Data Access Application Blocks (DAAB) for .NET. As such, ADO.NET developers can start using Oracle data sources very quickly. While ODP.NET shares common basic elements with other ADO.NET providers, ODP.NET’s unique value is its tight integration with the Oracle database. ODP.NET exposes many of the database’s unique capabilities, such as Real Application Clusters (RAC) tuning, advanced security, and complex data types, to .NET developers. These features allow .NET middle-tiers to take advantage of the Oracle database’s unique capabilities.
This white paper focuses on ODP.NET data access and its unique capabilities, discussing .NET development features that areFiat Marea Headlights Change Manual GuideFirst you need to remove the old headlights. You do it like so. Take out the two screws circled red, they are the only thing that holds the lights in place. Now when you have removed the screws, you need to push the light in the blue arrow direction (opposite direction on the other headlight) so you can pull out a ball head screw out of its holder. If it doesn’t go out easy, take a look where the yellow arrow points (in the corner of the wing) and you will see the ball head screw. Spray it with a bit of WD40 or some silicone spray so it can come out easily. Now push/hit the head light out of it.
After you have done that, disconnect all connectors that are attached to the headlight. Now take the headlight off.
After you have done that you will need two connectors or do something similar / same as what I have written to connect the position lights of the marea lights. This is the connector you need. Or you can use female speaker clamps like these. The next step is to get a wire, it must have two conducts that are in different colors or speaker wires with the red line on one of the cables. So you can distinguish the wires. Required length: ca. 40/50 cm, or use more if you want.

2 File Organization
2.1 C# Sourcefiles
Keep your classes/files short, don't exceed 2000 LOC, divide your code up, make structures clearer. Put every class in a separate file and name the file like the class name (with .cs as extension of course). This convention makes things much easier.
2.2 Directory Layout
Create a directory for every namespace. (For MyProject.TestSuite.TestTier use MyProject/ TestSuite/TestTier as the path, do not use the namespace name with dots.) This makes it easier to map namespaces to the directory layout.
3 Indentation
3.1 Wrapping Lines
When an expression will not fit on a single line, break it up according to these general principles:
- Break after a comma.
- Break after an operator.
- Prefer higher-level breaks to lower-level breaks.
- Align the new line with the beginning of the expression at the same level on the previous line

Linking an object to a dummy can be very usefull. For example if you want an 3D human model to open an door you need to link the biped's hand to the door-handle. Linking a biped requires a different approach then a standard 3dsmax object. In this example we are creating a very basic scene with a biped object and a dummy object.
First create a biped by going to the systems panel > biped, and drag one out in your viewport. Also create a Dummy object. A dummy object is found in the Helpers tab. You can see the image below for reference.
Step 02
Select you biped’s hand and goto the motion panel. First expand the KeyInfo properties and next expand the IK properties. Click on “Select IK Object” and choose your dummy object. When you have selected the dummy object you need to set some properties for the IK-link
