VOLT is a free tool available from www.microsoft.com/typography. It is mainly designed to add OpenType features to a font but can also be used to add characters in the supplementary planes, which some font editors cannot yet do. This article focuses on adding the characters beyond the BMP. Unfortunately, VOLT is not available for any platform other than Windows.

This tutorial shows how to create a bone diagram. A bone diagram represents relations between endpoints and surface interaction. A bone is transformed by a force field, and the skin transforms with the bone according to its settings. It can be usefull for creating diagrams that interact with for example a ground plane or planes that are transformed into a design. It covers the basics of fields kinetics and skin.

The following tutorial will take you step by step through the creation of a natural environment in Maya. You will also setup a character inside the environment and to add interactivity in Virtools. This tutorial introduces you to Maya’s 3D Paint Effects allowing you to paint in 3D. A few strokes can paint trees, grass, flowers. The paint strokes from your brush are converted into 3D objects inside a 3D space. Maya’s ability to convert 3D Paint Effects to polygonal objects is helpful to create content for interactive environments. This tutorial requires Maya 5.0 and up.

Welcome, today we will be making this cute little fish come alive. Put the UltimaFish.bmp texture into your Morrowind/Data Files/Textures directory. First make sure that your model has a separate mesh for each body part. Also make sure that none of the body parts have the same name as this will cause major problems. The names are unimportant at the moment so feel free to call them what you like.

The best an arcade game has to offer Captain Claw is one of the finest arcade action adventures ever made. The graphics is not what we call top notch but the gameplay remembered us of the arcade games we used to play when we were kids. Claw is without any doubt one the most loved and over-played pirate characters and will probably remain this way until the next generation will take our place.
