It adds one AT-command style compatible Modem that can be directly connected to a dial-up telephone line. The modem interface is a 16C550A compatible UART with 16 byte TX RX FIFOs. The I/O port address and the IRQ used can be set with jumper blocks on the board itself. Typically, the TS Modem comes with a 33K baud modem, though it can be purchased with the optional feature of a 56K baud modem. The TS-Modem can also be purchased with the optional 16-bit PC/104 connector, which is required if using IRQ 10, 11, 12,14, or 15.
The TS-Modem can also be purchased with the optional on-board speaker, which is useful during development to monitor call progress. The modem speaker can be turned off by removing a jumper. The TS-Modem comes with the following features.

You only need these pliers (don’t know the right name ;) ) The next step is to pull up the head rest and grip the pins whit these pliers.
WARNING : Put some thick cloth under them plieers, or the plastic will get “eaten“ !
Then when you have a good grip, turn the pliers in CLOCKWISE direction for 90°. You will feel something give away and it will turn more easy, that is the lock giving away. After you have done that, just pull the head rest out of the seat. And that’s it, all done ! To put all together back, just plug in the head rest and turn the pins ANTI clockwise.

How does one select material? When are we trying to preserve information and when is it the experience, behaviour or appearance that is paramount? How straightforward is it to move Web resources between curatorial environments? Most everyone knows that information persistence on the Web is a fragile thing. And, as Rusbridge has observed [1] even those who care about information persistence don’t necessarily do a good job of it on their Web sites. This, despite the fact that good advice about URI persistence has been available for some time [2]. URI persistence is just one small (albeit important) part of the problem that illustrates the wider issues that surround Web preservation in an institutional context.
