PHP Leads Web 2.0Everyone is currently talking about Web 2.0, it is the next big thing in the IT industry. But most people have only a vague idea of what Web 2.0 is about — and what it is not. They tend to think of Web 2.0 as a collection of websites and fancy web-based applications. What they don’t see is the shift of paradigm that Web 2.0 brings — and the emergence of new technologies under the surface.
Defining Web 2.0
If you ask 20 people in the IT industry to define what Web 2.0 is, it is most likely that you will receive 20 different answers. This shows one of the main problems when talking about it: Web 2.0 is not a fixed standard or product, and the viewpoint of the individual influences his perception of Web 2.0. For consumers or journalists outside the industry, Web 2.0 is a number of applications, websites and interfaces — Google, Flickr.com or even eBay. From a developer’s perspective, it is a collection of APIs, formats and code. And a CIO or CTO of a large company might see a new approach for software architecture that helps him to improve his application landscape.
But it is hard to write an article about a new trend without giving a proper definition of it, isn’t it? Though my definition is definitely subjective, I tried to find some least common denominators. In my opinion, Web 2.0 usually includes one or more of these elements:

Reference your owner’s manual for recommended tire sizes and warn- ings related to the use of oversized tires. Larger wheel and tire combinations increase stress and wear on steering and suspension components, which leads to increased maintenance and higher risk for component failure. Larger wheel and tire combinations also alter speedometer calibration, braking effectiveness, center of gravity, and handling characteristics.
Consult with an experienced local off road shop to find what wheel and tire combinations work best with your vehicle. NOTE All warranty information, instruction sheets, and other documents regarding the installation of this product must be retained by the vehicle owner. Information contained in the instructions and on the warranty card will be required for any warranty claims. The vehicle owner needs to understand the modifications made to his vehicle and how they affect vehicle handling and performance. Failure to provide the customer with this information can result in damage to the vehicle and severe personal injury.

On Windows, a plug-in is built as a DLL (dynamic-link library). On Macintosh, a plug-in is built as a bundle that contains a shared library. The plug-in architecture in Illustrator is very powerful. Plug-ins have access to Illustrator’s elegant vector, text, and raster engines, as well as Illustrator’s user interface. The API is a fundamental part of the application; in fact, most of Illustrator itself is implemented as plug-ins. You can create plug-ins that add new tools to the drawing, shading, and raster tools already in Illustrator. Plug-ins can turn Illustrator into a powerful CAD, cartographic, or other custom design application. Users can add or remove plug-ins to quickly and easily customize Illustrator to their needs.
The Illustrator API offers several benefits to plug-in developers. Because Illustrator handles large application tasks like printing and saving files, you can concentrate on the implementation of your plug-in’s unique features. Plug-ins do not need to support undo or window updating; these are handled by the API and are invisible to the plug-in. This translates into shorter development cycles.
Your plug-in also can take advantage of Adobe Dialog Manager (ADM), a cross-platform, user-interface API. Plug-ins that use ADM floating panels are completely integrated with Illustrator; the panels can be docked, undocked, and controlled as if they were built into Illustrator.

Download pdf DSL Self-install Kit Instructions SpeedStream 5360Manual for Unbound on WindowsThis manual aims to provide information about the Unbound server on the Windows platform. Included is installation, uninstallation and some information on configuration specific for Windows. Full details of operating a DNS resolver are not part of this document, and can better be documented in a platform independent document.
What is Unbound and what is DNSSEC
Unbound is a DNS resolver. It supports validation, caching, and DNSSEC. It supports NSEC and NSEC3, Ipv4 and Ipv6. Unbound is written for Unix (posix) machines, and runs on FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD and Linux (Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, ...). This document is about the Windows version.
The service that unbound provides is that it performs DNS lookups, and can perform DNSSEC validation on the result. If the result is bad, it is not returned to the client (who sees a temporary error in name resolution). Applications that support DNSSEC can ask to see the verification result. DNSSEC is a standard for securing the information in the DNS. Your validator needs to have public keys to check the signatures on the data. DNSSEC is explained more fully on http://www.dnssec.net pages.
The unbound package for windows provides DNSSEC validation – the client that verifies the signatures published by authoritative DNS servers on the internet.
