Virtools: How to create interactive textures and an orbital cameraThis tutorial shows how to create behaviors for interactive textures: scrolling, blending textures on the faces of a cube. We will work on one face of the cube with its specific material-shader and one texture “mountain.jpg”. Part 4 of this tutorial covers setting up an orbital camera.
Part 1- In Maya, exporting a cube with textures
Before exporting to Virtools, make sure that all faces inside the cube have their normals facing towards the inside of the cube. Go to Modeling, Display > Polygon Components > Normals
Normals are represented with colored lines sticking out of the faces of the cube.
The red arrow shows the way one normal should look like.
The red arrow indicates a normal that needs to be reversed.
Go to Modeling, Edit Polygons > Normals > Reverse
Creating a database Resource folder:
Open Virtools and create a Resource database, go to Resource > create New Data Resource Folder, name of your choice and save in the location of your choice. Virtools automatically creates a Resource.rsc file and a Resource folder which contains several subfolders. The file called Resource.rsc is used to open the database Resource folder in Virtools. This folder is independent from the composition that you will later create in Virtools. It can be used to exchange assets between projects.

Excel spreadsheets are made up of columns that are named by letters, and rows that are indicated by numbers. Rows and columns can be labeled. The intersections of rows and columns are called cells. Every unique piece of data will be placed in a cell. Formulas are used to perform mathematical functions on data in a group of cells
Adding Data to an Excel Spreadsheet
To add data to a spreadsheet position your cursor in a cell and type the information desired.
Move across a row by using the TAB key.
Move down a column by using the ENTER key.
Manipulating Data
See one of the manuals listed on the reverse side of this document for instructions on performing more complex mathematical functions.

Download PDFUML for C# pdfC# is a modern object-oriented language for application development. In addition to object-oriented constructs, C# supports component-oriented programming with properties, methods and events.
UML defines graphical notations for describing and designing object-oriented software systems. It’s an open standard controlled by the Object Management Group (OMG). Although UML has many diagram types, we’ll focus on class models that show static class structure and relationships.
WinA&D is a complete UML modeling tool enriched with C# language specific details used to generate source code. WinTranslator is a reverse engineering tool that scans code to extract design information into WinA&D models. Diagrams created in WinA&D are used to illustrated C# programs represented in the UML notation.
This paper assumes a working knowledge of C# and UML. It briefly describes how C# constructs are represented by UML for forward and reverse engineering.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN YOUR SENSOR WITHOUT READING THIS ENTIRE MANUAL.
You need to clean your sensor.
Dirty sensors are a real problem.
What you can’t see can affect your pictures. Dirt comes from many sources and it inevitably ends up on your sensor. If the dirt is not removed in a safe and effective way, your images will show this debris. Four common types of contaminants can get on your image sensor:metallic, fiber, organic and silica/quartz particles. Only the SensorScope System and Digital Duster System addresses all four types of material and the proper way to remove them safely.
Cleaning is safe and easy.
Anyone can clean an image sensor in just a few minutes. Clean all digital SLR cameras in four easy steps:
Step One: Set up your camera to be cleaned.
Step Two:Use the SensorScope to inspect your sensor. If it isn’t dirty, don’t clean it!
Step Three: Clean your sensor with the SensorVac and wet/dry SensorWands.
Step Four: Inspect your sensor with the SensorScope again. That’s it!

This is in contrast to real-world settings, where the need for maintenance of domain specific ontologies emerges in the daily work of users. But in order to allow for participatory ontology engineering, we need to have a more realistic conceptual model of how ontologies develop in the real world. We introduce the ontology maturing processes which is based on the insight that ontology engineering is a collaborative informal learning process and for which we analyze characteristic evolution steps and triggers that have users engage in ontology engineering within their everyday work processes.
This model integrates tagging and folksonomies with formal ontologies and shows maturing pathways between them. As implementations of this model, we present two case studies and the corresponding tools. The first is about image-based ontology engineering (introducing so-called imagenotions), the second about ontology-enabled social bookmarking (SOBOLEO). Both of them are inspired by lightweight Web 2.0 approaches and allow for realtime collaboration.
Within state-of-the-art semantic approaches, ontologies have emerged as the key to enable more advanced technological support for end users and their work processes, which particularly applies to knowledge work. However, current research and development concentrates more on what we can do as soon as we have ontologies—rather than having a closer look at the processes of creating and especially maintaining such domain-specific ontologies. In real-world settings these issues are crucial to fulfill the users’ needs and currently insufficiently dealt with.
It is usually acknowledged that ontologies areSprint Power Vision Phone A900 by Samsung911, but will not hide your general location based on the cell ...... the battery has been used in equipment other than the SAMSUNG phone

download manualAn ASM specification of C# threads and the .NET memory modelModern object-oriented programming languages like Java or C# support multithreaded programming. They allow several threads to run concurrently sharing objects on the heap in the same address space. Each thread has its own frame stack, program counter, local variables and registers. The languages have special syntactical constructs for synchronization. Java has a synchronized statement and synchronized methods, while C# has a lock statement and several attributes that can be applied to classes and methods to control their run-time synchronization behavior.
Although the C# programming languages supports multi-threaded programming directly via special syntax, the underlying thread model is poorly documented and still considered to be part of the library. The Ecma standards for C# [4] and the Common Language Infrastructure [5] contain only a few paragraphs about threads. For example, the lock statement is defined in by a reduction to the library functions Monitor.Enter and Monitor.Exit which are not further specified there. Important issues, such as the order of writes to volatile and non-volatile fields, are just briefly mentioned in two paragraphs in. Hence, a program developer has to rely solely on the class library documentation that comes with Microsoft’s .NET framework Software Development Kit. Unfortunately, that documentation is not very precise with respect to threads, locks and memory issues. Moreover, it is not identical with the (XML) specification of the types that comprise the standard li- braries in [5, Partition IV, Profiles and Libraries]. For example, specifications of Thread.Interrupt, Thread.Suspend and Thread.Resume are not included in.
