Microsoft IIS Installation and Configuration Guide for Helm 4Depending on how your server is set up, you may or may not have Microsoft IIS installed. IIS is a mandatory install if you want to use Helm. It is used to host the Helm website, and will also host any websites you wish to create.
Note:- These are guidelines only. We will not provide support for IIS or any other 3rd party applications directly.
1.) Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components.
2.) Double-click Application Server.
3.) You will see that Internet Information Services (IIS) is not checked. Check the box. Press “OK”.
You may need your Windows CD in the server drive before you can do this. Once completed, IIS is installed. You will now need to refer to IIS documentation to start configuring it to your requirements.
Using Helm with Microsoft IIS 5 or 6
Helm will control IIS 5 or 6 on the control server or any remote server. Although IIS will be controlled by Helm with no additional configuration, there are some alterations that should be made to the global IIS settings to take advantage of everything Helm has to offer. To start, run the IIS interface on the server you wish Helm to control. Right click on the server name on the left hand side of the screen and click on “Properties” on the menu that drops down.

A guide to creating web friendly Word documents
Most basic word documents translate very well into web friendly HTML files with little to no modification, but there are a few guidelines that it helps to follow while writing the Word doc.
Some Word elements translate easily into web pages. Try to use these elements to format your pages as much as possible. Elements that work well for the web include:
• Alignment (left, right, centered).
• Bold and italics. Try to avoid using underline if possible.
• Font size and color.

What is Unbound and what is DNSSEC
Unbound is a DNS resolver. It supports validation, caching, and DNSSEC. It supports NSEC and NSEC3, Ipv4 and Ipv6. Unbound is written for Unix (posix) machines, and runs on FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD and Linux (Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, ...). This document is about the Windows version.
The service that unbound provides is that it performs DNS lookups, and can perform DNSSEC validation on the result. If the result is bad, it is not returned to the client (who sees a temporary error in name resolution). Applications that support DNSSEC can ask to see the verification result. DNSSEC is a standard for securing the information in the DNS. Your validator needs to have public keys to check the signatures on the data. DNSSEC is explained more fully on http://www.dnssec.net pages.
The unbound package for windows provides DNSSEC validation – the client that verifies the signatures published by authoritative DNS servers on the internet.

Web-based GIS systems are architected around the same principles as more general Web service systems based on SOAP [2], WSDL [3], and REST. Mirroring the World Wide Web Consortium and OASIS Web service standards-making bodies, the Open Geospatial Consortium [5] defines open standards for messages, XML data formats, and access protocols that are specific to the GIS community. In addition to OGC-based services, there are many companies (such as ESRI and AutoDesk) that provide proprietary, commercial solutions. Services from these various providers are not normally interoperable.
The methods of the traditional GIS community have been challenged in the last two years by the emergence of new, lighter-weight approaches towards building clients and integrating data. The availability of Google Maps, Google Earth, Microsoft’s TeraServer, Yahoo!
