Assuming you already have Dynamic Forms and Open Web Studio (OWS) installed on your Dot Net Nuke website, as well as created a page and imported both modules into that page. To access “Administration” control of OWS, you will need “HOST” privilege. Choose “Administration” on the small drop down arrow of your OWS module.   • Getting Started a) Make sure vehicle is parked on a level surface. b) Set parking brake. c) Jack the front of the vehicle and support with properly rated jack stands. d) Lift the plastic battery cover and disconnect both battery terminals. Remove the short positive lead from the positive battery terminal. (Fig. 1) e) If engine has run within the past two hours let it cool down. 2) Removing the stock air inlet system a) Swing the fuse box on top of the battery upwards and remove the hinge from the plastic battery box. b) Remove the four screws along the top of the radiator support. (Fig. 2) Remove the two plastic covers. c) Remove the battery hold down bolt and remove the battery from the vehicle. (Fig. 3) d) Remove the three bolts that secure the plastic battery box in place. Two bolts are located at the rear of the battery, on either side of the plastic wire tunnel. The third bolt is located on the radiator side of the battery. (Fig. 4) e) Unlatch the plastic wire tunnel cover on the backside of the battery box. (Fig. 5) Swing the cover open and remove the wire harness for the plastic battery box. f) Remove the plastic battery tray from the vehicle by removing the four bolts that secure it. (Fig. 6) g) Unplug the wire connector from the MAF sensor. (Fig. 7) h) Loosen the spring hose clamp that secures the inlet tube to the MAF sensor. Pull the inlet tube clear of the MAF sensor. (Fig. 8) i) Remove the breather hose

  • The first thing you need to do is jack up the car and remove the wheel. After you have done that, you will be left with this. Now the first step in removing the caliper is to take off the spring on the front side. You do it using some pliers. The yellow arrow shows the spring. The second pic shows the caliper with the spring removed. The next step is to remove the corks (red arrows) and unscrew the two 7mm alen (imbus) screws that hold the caliper. The screws are under the corks – pic2 To get the screws out, insert the 7mm alen key in and unscrew them out. This is how the screws looks like. The white arrow points where the other one is. When the screws are out, you need to disconnect the pad wear cable. It is on one of the sides of the car (HGT-both sides). Connector is circled red. After that is done, pull the caliper toward you by hand. Next step is to remove the pad wear cable from its holder on the caliper. After you remove it, it should dangle freely like this. Then pull off the caliper in the yellow arrow direction. After you have pulled the caliper off, you will be left with one pad on the caliper holder and one on the caliper piston.   • This guide will show you how to renew your old existing Bonnet Pin and Lock. Please read this guide through at least once before fitting. Step 1. (Optional) Preparation prior to fitting Before you start removing your old parts you may want to consider preventing your new parts from corroding like the existing ones. You could smear a protective oil or grease over the exposed metal and rub it over or you could like myself spray paint the metal parts. Step 2. Draw around the Bonnet Pin Open bonnet and secure with the bonnet stay. It is important that you refit your new bonnet pin in the exact same position as the old one, so carefully with a pencil or dry marker, draw around the bonnet pin. Step 3. Removing Bonnet Pin Using a ratchet and a 10mm socket, slowly start to unscrew the two bolts holding the bonnet pin to the bonnet. If the bolts are rusty try to use some WD40 to help penetrate the rust. Step 4. Removing Air Intake Pipe Carefully remove the air intake pipe over the radiator using the 10mm socket on the three bolts highlighted below. Step 5. Unhooking the Bonnet Release Cable & Removing Lock Once the air intake pipe has been removed, you should now be able to see between the slam panel and the radiator. Carefully looking between and you’ll see the bonnet release cable. To detach the cable simple put a flat headed screwdriver into the position indicated by the red dot and carefully prise the cable out

  • VOLT is a free tool available from www.microsoft.com/typography. It is mainly designed to add OpenType features to a font but can also be used to add characters in the supplementary planes, which some font editors cannot yet do. This article focuses on adding the characters beyond the BMP. Unfortunately, VOLT is not available for any platform other than Windows. Important background information: VOLT uses glyph IDs as the basis for all its operations. A glyph ID is simply a number that tells where in the font the character is found (first, tenth, fifti- eth, whatever). It has nothing to do with a character’s Unicode value or any other meaningful characteristic; it just uniquely identifies each glyph in the font. Such glyph IDs are a part of any TrueType font and are created for you by your font editor. VOLT also stores information in special additional tables that are not part of a standard TT font; these tables allow you to save the font, test it, and return to edit your work. These tables are removed as the last step in creating a finished font. If you are using FontLab, you need to understand under what circumstances glyph IDs are changed. FL provides many different ways to display the characters in a font: by Unicode value, by name, by glyph ID, etc. You can switch the display around as much as you like; the position of a character in the actual font database (and therefore the glyph ID) is not altered unless you
