Mashing, Burning, Mixing and the Destructive Creativity of Web 2.0: Applications for Medical EducationThe emergence of social (or so-called ‘Web 2.0’) software provides new and exciting opportunities for teachers to create dynamic, collaborative and sociable learning environments for their students. This incarnation of the world wide web holds transformational potential for teachers and students alike (RICHARDSON, 2006). Mashups, mixes and aggregations of digital artefacts form the basis for a dynamic and creative emerging environment within which students can learn through collaborative working and community based enquiry. Feed burning software enables users to receive alerts of web page updates direct to their desktop computers or mobile devices. The popularity of these applications is rising rapidly, as students see the opportunities to free up time and space so that learning can be fitted into busy lifestyles.
However, a dilemma has arisen. Although, by its very nature, social software attracts activities which have democracy and freedom from institutional influence at their heart (RICHARDSON, 2006), such freedom may have the effect of opening the door to abuse or misuse of technologies. Seemingly destructive elements may emerge where the right to participate is exploited. Institutional rules may be infringed, causing a detrimental effect upon the traditional organisation through subversion of previously accepted practices. In this paper we explore the creative and destructive
Autonomous learning
Students using Wikis and ‘blogs generally work autonomously and independently, beyond the reach of any recognised authority, so it is debatable to what extent educational institutions can, and should attempt to ‘manage’ such learning technology. It follows that some universities may see a need to control theTmoleX A Graphical User Interface to the TURBOMOLE TutorialThe Windows version of TmoleX is distributed as a single executable file, called tmoleX.exe. To install TmoleX, simply double-click on tmoleX.exe and follow the installation instructions. After installation, TmoleX is available in your Windows Start Menu or as an icon on your desktop. In order to run TURBOMOLE calculations Perl must be installed on your system. We recommend to install
ActivePerl on Windows, which is available for free from http://www.activestate.com/products/activeperl/. Note that you do not have to register, and please make sure that the path to Perl will be added to your global path settings (this is the default, simply do not deactivate it).
Please Note :
T URBOMOLE 5.9.1 for Windows is included in the TmoleX package. You will not have to install it additional ly. Some features of T URBOMOLE that are based on classical Unix scripts are not yet ported to Windows:
1. Numerical second derivatives (script NumForce)
2. automatic BSSE calculations (program jobbsse)
The TURBOMOLE version for Windows includes one generic type of 32-bit executable only, without special optimization for a certain type of CPU. It runs on any processor that is compatible to the Pentium 4 instruction set which supports SSE2. If you want to run TURBOMOLE 'at full speed', we recommend to use the Linux version.

When a safety belt is worn properly, it’s more likely that the fetus won’t be hurt in a crash. For pregnant women, as for anyone, the key to making safety belts effective is wearing them properly. Right Front Passenger Position The right front passenger’s safety belt works the same way as the driver’s safety belt. See “Driver Position” earlier in this section.
Air Bag System
This part explains the air bag system. Your vehicle has air bags — one air bag for the driver and another air bag for the right front passenger. Frontal air bags are designed to help reduce the risk of injury from the force of an inflating air bag. But these air bags must inflate very quickly to do their job and comply with federal regulations. Here are the most important things to know about the air bag system..

I realise on the above pic it says Brava on the headlight but it is off a Marea.
Time required: 50 minutes
Tools required: 3 flat bladed screwdrivers, large, small and another in between. Best option would be a hot air gun, or a powerful hairdryer would work but will probably take longer.
Now heat the bonding with your hot air gun. I started from the right, Heat from about where the clip was and work your way right and down the side, don’t keep the gun in the same place for too long as you will melt the plastic. Once you feel the bonding is soft enough take your small screwdriver and scratch out all the softened bonding, don’t worry if it sticks to the glass it will come off easy later with a little rub. It dries and goes hard quite quickly so repeat the above till you have removed most of the bond.
Now from where the clip was work your way left across the top heating and scratching all the bond out just like your did previously, but do take your time, don’t rush anything.
Once you have removed most of the bond from the top and both sides, place your middle size screwdriver in the gap (again where about that clip was), and try to lever the glass away, but be gentle. If you don’t see the glass move atMaya 103: AnimationDuring this tutorial you will be creating a low resolution ‘stand-in’ model of the reovirus sigma 1 protein (the tentacle-like trimeric protein that extends out of the virus’ turrets). The 3 monomers are thought to be in a flexible conformation during the early phases of the viral life cycle – once the surface of the virus loses its sigma3 coating (upon cleavage by chymotrypsin in the gut lumen), the sigma1 trimer transitions to a coiled-coil conformation and rigidifies. Therefore, we would like to animate each monomer as a flexible/trembling arm initially, and then have it erect and coil as a triple helix (with the other 2 rigid monomers).
Technically, in Maya, we can achieve this by creating a skeleton or joint-chain within the structure, and then bind (or ‘skin’) that skeleton to the geometry. We will then apply inverse kinematics to this skeleton in order to simplify its animation – we will ‘key’ the position of the inverse kinematic handle (IK handle) over time and then explore how to loop that motion cyclically in the graph editor. To achieve a ‘trembling’ motion on the sigma1 tentacles, there are several options to explore: 1) we will apply a simple expression to the x, y, z translate values of the IK handle, and 2) we will use values sampled from a fractal texture (yes, a texture!) to drive the movements of the IK handle. Finally, when the flailing monomers are ready to rigidify and twist around one another, we will apply a twistFuel Tank InstructionsTrike Conversion for the GL1800 Goldwing. Auxiliary Fuel Tank. Download PDFA Practical Guide to Using Computers in Language TeachingComputers—the most powerful dimension of the second or foreign language learning experience since the advent of the teacher—serve as tireless portals to limitless target language models and, more important for the classroom, as tools for activities that draw students together to cooperate on activities that interest them and stimulate their creative language production and comprehension, all while challenging them to overcome obstacles in a complex environment in the target language.
In the computer-assisted language learning (CALL) classroom, students don’t study language as much as use it to cooperate and solve problems not unique to the language classroom. If we recognize the value in the process more than product, then we can appreciate that when a CALL class activity gets messy, and it does, it’s realistic: It reflects real language use and life in general with unforeseen problems and the need for creative solutions using a tool central to modern life.
What are the greatest obstacles to realizing this learning potential of the CALL classroom?
1. Users not appreciating these challenges in the process as being valuable to language use and therefore learning. These challenges may take many forms for students:
• following verbal and written instruction
• needing to gain comprehension in one step in order to get to the next
• consulting each other for clarification
• helping struggling neighbors with secondary instruction
• translating concepts (activity ideas) into action (specific procedures)
• working through challenges and problems with language and procedures
• being immersed in the target language on screen, content, and interface
2. Teachers not being adequately orientedMicrosoft Office 2007 Compatibility Pack End UserThe Microsoft Office 2007 suite utilizes a new file format known as Open XML. This new format introduces an “x” at the end of the file extension (see Figure 1) and will affect compatibility between the versions for the following programs: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working in Office 2007
Documents created in previous versions of Office are able to be opened in Office 2007 without any problems. This is called backward compatibility. When you open a document created in a previous version of Office, you will see “Compatibility Mode” in the title bar of the document window indicating that Compatibility Mode is turned on.
Note: With Compatibility Mode turned on, none of the new or enhanced features of Office Word 2007 will be available. This is so that users of previous versions of Word will have full editing capabilities.
You have two choices:
1. Work in Compatibility Mode and not utilize any Office 2007 new features.
2. Convert your document to the Office Word 2007 file format and have access to the new and enhanced features in Office Word 2007.
It is important to note that users on previous versions of Word may be prevented from editing certain portions of the document that were created with some of the new features in Office Word 2007.

Intermittent errors that occur once every few years are hard to debug and become a real problem when running across thousands of machines simultaneously. The more we scale clusters, the more reliability becomes critical. Many of the normal debugging luxuries like a serial console or physical access are unavailable. Instead, we need a new strategy for addressing thorny intermittent race conditions. This paper presents the case for a new set of tools that are critical to solve these problems and also very useful in a broader context. It then presents the design for one such tool created from a hybrid of a Google internal tool and the open source LTTng project. Real world case studies are included.
Well established techniques exist for debugging most Linux kernel problems; instrumentation is added, the error is reproduced, and this cycle is repeated until the problem can be identified and fixed. Good access to the machine via tools such as hardware debuggers (ITPs), VGA and serial consoles simplify this process significantly, reducing the number of iterations required. These techniques work well for problems that can be reproduced quickly and produce a clear error such as an oops or kernel panic. However, there are some types of problems that cannot be properly debugged in this fashion as they are:
• Not easily reproducible on demand;
• Only reproducible in a live production environment;
• Occur infrequently, particularly if they occur infrequently onBMW Motorcycle R1100/850 Operations ManualBMW Motorcycle R1100/850 Operations Manual Service Bulletin Subject: R1100/850 Model Throttle Cables Problem: Engine surges at constant speed.
