Interpreting the Indicator LEDs
The client adapter shows messages and error conditions through its two LEDs:
• Link Integrity/Power LED (green)—This LED lights when the client adapter is receiving power and blinks slowly when the adapter is linked with the network.
• Link Activity LED (amber)—This LED blinks quickly when the client adapter is receiving or transmitting data and blinks in a repeating pattern to indicate an error condition.

As with the previous manuals, we have provided a core set of biosafety practices and procedures for the safe handling of known biohazards and potentially infectious materials. Relevant sections from the previous manuals have been maintained and updated where necessary.
The manual focuses on Biosafety Levels 1 and 2, as over 99% of Yale laboratories fall within these designations. A separate manual is available for researchers working in Biosafety Level 3 research laboratories. No work with Biosafety Level 4 agents may be conducted at Yale University.
The Yale Office of Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety Section (OHS) Biosafety Program and the requirements for Yale researchers are outlined in the manual. Registration and training information are provided along with details on work practices, safety equipment and facility design. It is the responsibility of the Principal Investigator or Supervisor to ensure that his/her laboratory is in compliance. That responsibility includes identification of the risk or hazards associated with their research and the application of the appropriate safety procedures. Please read the section on responsibilities for additional information.
In the past, the University has also distributed copies of the Centers for Disease Control/National Institutes of Health Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories to all Yale research laboratories. The text has served as a functional biosafety manual for the University. The WSIG (version 0.4) is a JADE add-on that provides support for bidirectional invocation of Web services from JADE agents, and JADE agent services from Web service clients. This is the first public release of this add-on and as such it should be treated as a beta that is subject to change at any time.
The main body of this guide focuses on the process of starting and configuring the WSIG within a running JADE platform. Some usage examples are also provided. Please refer to the javadoc for a complete description of the APIs that allow programmatic access to the security features.
All bugs, issues and feature requests should be made to the main JADE bug reporting system, or sent to the standard JADE mailing lists. Version 0.4 of the WSIG add-on was developed by the JADE Board and is only guaranteed to work with JADE release 3.3 or later.

Unfortunately, many of these technologies have been out of reach for many client application developers because of the non-trivial learning curve involved. In addition, with the number of RIA technologies available, where do you even begin? In many cases, there was not a “one size fits all” solution, so RIA development would involve a mix of HTML, JavaScript, Adobe Flash, and perhaps a little AJAX thrown in (just to name a few possibilities).
Luckily, Microsoft has entered the world of RIA frameworks, and with the introduction of Microsoft Silverlight 2, offers a platform, which leverages existing .NET developers’ talents. With version 3.0 in the works, providing enhanced graphics support, data binding, and perhaps best of all, out-of-browser support, the Silverlight platform is certainly worth a look for new, and even existing, RIA development.
Silverlight includes many of the same base services and types included in the .NET Framework. However, because it is a runtime built specifically for the web, where developers expect a robust platform in a small package, much of the functionality included in its desktop cousin is absent. For example, the image type in Silverlight, System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapImage, only supports JPEG and PNG image file types, and does not include support for grayscale. This is where third-party tools vendors become part of the Silverlight ecosystem, providing extensions to the base platform as the market demands. For theBlood 2: The Chosen - Games Cheats Hints & Trainer PC GuideThe fact that we can remember a game released seven years ago and still keep it in such high regard is simply enough. Unlike the first installment, Blood, which was set in 1920s, Blood II takes place in the year 2028, so in addition to conventional weapons and magical items, it also incorporates science-fictional technology. As well as its predecessor, the game is significant with excessive graphic violence and a crude style of humor.
