  • Getting Start OJB
  • This document will guide you through the very first steps of setting up a project with OJB. To make this easier, OJB comes with a blank project template called ojb-blank which you're encouraged to use. You can download it here. For the purpose of this guide, we'll be showing you how to setup the project for a simple application that handles products and uses MySQL. This is continued later on in the next tutorial parts. First off, OJB uses Ant to build, so please install it prior to using OJB. In addition, please make sure that the environment variables ANT_HOME and JAVA_HOME are correctly set to the top-level folders of your Ant distribution and your JDK installation, respectively. Next download the latest ojb-blank and OJB binary distributions. You can also start with the source distribution rather than the binary as the unit tests provide excellent sample code and you can build the ojb-blank project on your own with it. The ojb-blank project contains all libraries necessary to get running. However, there may be additional libraries required when you venture deeper into OJB's APIs. See here for a list of additional libraries. Most notably, you'll probably want to add the jdbc driver for you database unless you plan to use the embedded Hsqldb database for which the ojb-blank project is pre-configured (including all necessary jars). • VW Passat B5 A-Pillar Gauge Pod Installation Instructions
  • Some 2001 and later Volkswagen vehicles use A-pillar mount airbags. A-pillar pods should NOT be used on these vehicles. 1. Remove a-pillar trim by locating upper seam and prying outward. Use clean hands and avoid using any type of tool to pry. Once a small opening is created at the pillar top, use some force to release the 4 plastic mounting clips. With a-pillar cover pulled out, lift upwards and remove completely. 2. On a clean surface, lay out gauge pod and a-pillar trim. There will be a faint imprint on the a-pillar trim outlining the top of the dashboard. The bottom (plastic) edge of the gauge pod should be positioned to follow this line and rest on the dashboard. The dashed line in the drawing below represents the top of the dashboard. 3. Line edges up and wrap the fabric tabs over the a-pillar trim. Use sharp scissors to precisely notch the tabs where any protrusions of the pillar trim exist. Use masking tape to secure fabric tabs during test fitment. With gauge pod positioned, test fit the assembled gauge pod and a-pillar trim to check fitment. Adjust as required. 4. Once you have the pod positioned correctly, begin to mark the a-pillar trim for drilling.* See diagrams below for approximate positioning of the hole to be drilled. The hole should be at least 3/8” in diameter to accommodate tubing and wiring. The position of the hole should be such that the tubing can easily route from the gauge without any sharp bends.

  • WebDrive User Guide
  • The creation of electronic data in the form of web pages, text documents, spreadsheets, and graphics has grown significantly in the past decade. Because of this growth the complexity of managing, accessing, and collaborating on electronic data has also grown. Secure access over the Internet has become essential for sharing files with team members in the next office or around the world. WebDrive® offers users secure file access and collaboration. WebDrive uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and SFTP to ensure secure transmission of your files. WebDrive® can provide S/Key password encryption so that passwords cannot be read during transmission. WebDrive supports WebDAV protocol, which allows you to lock files, change the files, and then release the locks to allow other users to review and update the information. WebDrive allows you to connect to a GroupDrive® , FTP, WebDAV (DAV), SFTP, Amazon-S3®, or FrontPage® Server using a LAN or Internet connection and to map a Network Drive to the server. You can then treat the server as if it were a hard disk on your system. Drag and drop files or copy files to and from the server using Windows Explorer; or use familiar DOS commands such as copy and xcopy. WebDrive FTP or HTTP enables any application instantly by integrating the server site into the Windows file system. Download pdf WebDrive User Guide

  • PIC16F8X EEPROM Memory Programming Specification
  • The user memory space extends from 0x0000 to 0x1FFF (8K), of which 1K (0x0000 - 0x03FF) is physically implemented. In actual implementation the on-chip user program memory is accessed by the lower 10-bits of the PC, with the upper 3-bits of the PC ignored. Therefore if the PC is greater than 0x3FF, it will wrap around and address a location within the physically implemented memory. (See Figure 2-1). In programming mode the program memory space extends from 0x0000 to 0x3FFF, with the first half (0x0000-0x1FFF) being user program memory and the second half (0x2000-0x3FFF) being configuration memory. The PC will increment from 0x0000 to 0x1FFF and wrap to 0x000 or 0x2000 to 0x3FFF and wrap around to 0x2000 (not to 0x0000). Once in configuration memory, the highest bit of the PC stays a ‘1’, thus always pointing to the configuration memory. The only way to point to user program memory is to reset the part and reenter program/verify mode as described in Section 2.3. In the configuration memory space, 0x2000-0x200F are physically implemented. However, only locations 0x2000 through 0x2007 are available. Other locations are reserved. Locations beyond 0x200F will physically access user memory. (See Figure 2-1). Download pdf PIC16F8X EEPROM Memory Programming Specification
  • Photo to Movie 3.2 (Mac OS X) Editorial Guide
  • Photo to Movie 3.2 (Mac OS X) lets Macintosh users turn digital photographs into QuickTime movie slide shows quickly and easily. This revolutionary new tool incorporates a powerful version of the “Ken Burns effect” to bring photos alive with motion. Photo to Movie also lets you add music tracks, voice narration, and a variety of slide-to-slide transitions. Photo to Movie files can be burned to DVD, posted on the Web, and even emailed. Photo to Movie uses a special algorithm to optimize each frame, nearly eliminating flicker when played on a TV. The tool assigns a motion effect to each image included in the file. This motion effect is called the "Ken Burns effect" because of its frequent use by the award-winning PBS documentary filmmaker. Photo to Movie offers a number of preset motions, each of which can be customized to achieve specific effects—zooming in to highlight faces, for example. Photo to Movie also lets you choose from a variety of transitions, including cross dissolves, wipes, and even a 3D cube-effect transition. Music and voice narrations can be integrated into slide-show movies, as well as theatrical movie-style titles, credits, and descriptions. Completed slide-show movies can be emailed, published to Web sites, burned to DVD using software such as iDVD, or they can be edited further with movie-editing software such as iMovie.
