Parts Description LED Indicator USB Interface USB Interface: The USB connector connects to the USB port of your computer. LED Indicator: The LED Indicator will show the status of the device. Once the device is in operation, the LED light will flash quickly. Driver Installation & Functions Install Driver (For Windows 98SE only) Windows 98SE will not recognize the USB 2.0 Portable Hard Drive until you have installed the driver using the included installation CD-ROM. Follow the detailed instructions in this section to activate the USB mass storage function, so you will be able to transfer files from your computer to your Portable Hard Drive. a.
