AutoCAD 2008 Productivity Study Paper GuideWhite paper to guide AutoCAD customers in making an upgrade decision for Autodesk. AutoCAD 2008 makes architects 26% more productive A little training brings even more rewards. Cambridge UK, How much will you benefit from upgrading to AutoCAD 2008? Cambashi, an independent consulting firm, compared architects using AutoCAD 2008 against those using AutoCAD 2005 for a typical design documentation exercise.
The findings were clear: AutoCAD 2008 is significantly more productive. On average, architects using 2008 completed the exercise 26% faster than those using 2005. Training makes all the difference-AutoCAD 2008 users who invested time in a short period of training were substantialy faster. So how much more productive can you expect to be? To find out more, read on.
Download PDF for AutoCAD 2008 Productivity Study Paper GuideUsing Microsoft Photostory 3STEP 1:
1. Open Photostory 3.
2. Select “Begin a New Story”
3. Click Next.
This step also allows you to edit a previously made story or play a story.
STEP 2: Import and arrange your pictures Things you can do: import images, remove black borders, rotate imagery, simple photo editing.
1. Click Import Pictures. Locate the folder where your images are located. If you have not found images, visit http://www.jakesonline.org/websearching2.htm to access a list of search tools that can be used to locate digital imagery.
2. Click on your first image. Hold the shift key down. Click on the last image-this will select all images. To select images non-sequentially, hold the control key down and select. Click OK once selected. The images will now load into the timeline.
3. To reorder your images, click and drag and reposition in the timeline.
NOTE: you can always add other imagery by repeating step 2 above.
4. OPTIONAL: Once the order of the images have been determined (this may be predetermined in a storyboard), you may wish to remove the black borders of your images. Click Remove Black borders. Click Yes to All. Click OK.
Editing Effects: Rotate and Crop, Auto Fix and Add Effect
Add Effect: None, Black and White, Chalk and Charcoal, Colored Pencil, Diffuse Glow, Negative, Outline-Black, Outline-Grey, Sepia, Washout, and Water Color.
5. SAVE EARLY SAVE OFTEN!!! At this point, save your file. Save it to the folder created in the Prep step above. Be sure that your images and Photostory file are in the same folder.
6. Click Next.
Download pdf UsingMicrosoft Dynamics GP Planning for Security in Business Portal Business Portal extends Microsoft Dynamics™ GP, providing a browser interface to securely access back office data over an intranet or an extranet. This distributed computing model brings significant security challenges, with levels of integration between clients, servers, and services. This model requires that security be an integral part of every implementation.
Much of the information in this white paper is discussed in more detail in the Business Portal product documentation, namely, the Business Portal Administrator’s Guide and the Business Portal Installation Guide. These documents are supplied on the product CD. Portal architecture
Microsoft® .NET
At the core of the portal architecture is Microsoft .NET. A general purpose development tool, .NET is ideal for creating web-based applications. It contains the building blocks for creating security-enhanced, role- based applications, using a browser client along with an existing back office solution.
Microsoft Business Framework
The Microsoft Business Framework (MBF) controls access to data from Microsoft Dynamics GP in Business Portal. The Microsoft Business Framework was built using Microsoft .NET, and provides many of the building blocks used to create business applications. Business Portal uses the security features provided by the business framework to ensure that data remains protected and available only to those who have been granted access. These security measures have been implemented in features such as role-based security and Query Web Service. These implementations are described in depth later in this document.

Because of the low-level, unrestricted memory access the language allows, the challenge lies in collecting accurate information without disrupting the program’s execution. Our approach combines techniques from profiling with memory tracking to analyze dynamic allocation throughout the lifetime of a program.
Why: Dynamic program analysis provides useful tools for documenting, debugging, and improving the quality of programs. An example is the Daikon tool, which detects likely invariants (logical statements) about variables in programs. Daikon uses separate front-ends to observe the execution of Java, Perl, and C programs, but the current C front-end [2] has limited functionality. The freedom that C gives programmers to control the contents of memory presents a challenge to such automated tools when determining which variables are valid and what they refer to. A robust C front-end for Daikon is important so that it can be used with the abundance of software written in that language. The source-rewriting approach employed by the current C front-end works well only for small, self-contained, and well-behaved programs because it changes the layout of a program’s data structures. We are implementing a new approach that is applicable to a larger class of programs, including those that require access to external libraries. This enhanced support will allow us to compare Daikon-based techniques with ones developed by other researchers using standard benchmarks. It will also support investigations into how dynamic invariant detection can beFiat Marea Poly Elliptical Headlight Conversion PDFYour first step is to buy a pair of Fiat Marea Poly Elliptical Headlights which can be found on all Fiat Marea ELX and HLX’s of any age. Your second step is to make sure that you are also given the sidelight connector with part of the wiring loom; it isn’t entirely necessary to obtain this but it does make it a lot easier to install and look factory fit. Make sure you have enough of the wiring loom as possible as you will be wiring them into the Bravo’s wiring loom. (Approx 30cm).
You can extend the wire using good quality speaker wire, so don't worry if it’s too short. The rest of the headlight connectors on the Bravo will fit directly into the new Marea Headlights. (These are the Indicator connector, Dipped/Main Light Connector).
Bravo Headlight Removal
Pre-Removal
If you have bought used headlights, theoretically they will already be aligned for you. Therefore if you want to save yourself time and money by not having your lights realigned then mark off the position of the brackets and bolts in there current position before removal. If possible mark the headlight pattern on a garage door or wall.
I would still recommend you get them aligned properly just to be on the safe side as well as make sure you don’t loose valuable light. Approx £12

When we first read the requirements, all kinds of wild ideas came up in our minds, most of which were unrealizable in the two weeks we had available. Two weeks we had to use to think of the subject of the animation, to learn how to make animations in Maya, to write this report and of course, to render the final result. Since both of us never made an animation in Maya before, we decided to work through a few tutorials first, trying the examples described and getting used to the animation interface. When we were able to find and use the most basic items for developing animations, we started to work on our final result.
Our animation starts out with a simulation of the ”Matrix Effect”, which displays glowing green letters falling down on the screen. Next, the camera zooms out and displays a square filled with domino stones, guide rails and a ball. The ball will fall down onto the guide rails, roll further down and hit the first domino stone, which then starts the falling of the first row of stones. When the last stone of the first row falls down, it will hit the + shaped item, which will turn around, hitting over the large purple stone, which will then hit the large field of stones and set the final action in motion.
