The TravelBridge™ G is the only Pocket Wi-Fi to Ethernet Adapter designed, configured and packaged specifically for the global hospitality market. The TravelBridge™ G instantly creates a wired Ethernet connection on any wireless network without additional cabling or hardware. TravelBridge™ G Web-Based Configuration Utility Windows® XP and Windows® Vista
1. Connect one end of the mini Ethernet cable into the RJ45 Ethernet port on the rear of the TravelBridge™ G and the other end into the RJ45 Ethernet port on the laptop.
2. Connect the USB power cable (mini-cassette plug end), into the power socket in the rear of the TravelBridge™ G and connect the USB connecter end into an available USB port on the laptop.
The TravelBridge™ G will power up with the front panel blue status lights blinking active. (Optional power can be supplied using the AC/DC power supply from a wall outlet) We advise writing down all existing TCP/IP settings of your PC laptop or Macintosh before you change them. You will be taking your test laptop off-line and controlling the TravelBridge™ G directly. When completed, your PC/Macintosh needs to be reset to your regular network settings.
3. Click the Windows Start button, and select Settings/Control Panel. The Control Panel window appears.
4. Double-click the Network Connections icon. The Network Connections window appears.
